I ordered glasses just to find out that these people just order from manufacturers. They told me before I ordered that they only advertise product in stock. When I called to check on order an found they were back ordered the woman was rude, called me a problematic customer an said she was glad they couldn't supply me the glasses. Hung up on me before I could ask for refund. Don't get scammed by these people.

Minutes after I summit my online purchase, I received an email informing me that the Fendi glasses I just purchased were damaged, I immediately proceed to cancel it, but they refused to cancel it even though it wasn't even shipped. Few hours later I received another email to informing me it was shipped.

I got a fake, loose, worthless Fendi eyeglasses. These ppl are so desperate to sale to the point of selling their soul to the devil. No integrity at all. Probably sales aren't in the high peaks as you wish but stealing from your customers isn't the answer.

I called customer service and the operator started screaming at me like a crazy lunatic, telling me she has lawyers. I know she has lawyers ppl that do shady business always need lawyers but one thing she and the whole company don't have is integrity and moral values. Selling garbage isn't wise to maintain a business. I was a customer for years but I failed to read and see all the complaints against them.

Not even a Fendi case was given, the name is all vanished and crypto is erased. A shame for Fendi name.

I placed a order from eyewear town. Immediately after placing my order on the website my credit card was flagged for fraudulent activity.

Someone had tried to order over $3000 in merchandise. Please do not use this site.

When I call the 800 listed for the site the lady answered the phone screamed, cursed yelled like a crazy person. Again, Please do not order anything from this site.

I was once a victim to this guy.

I sent him my expensive sunglasses to be repaired....only to get back a pair that was fake and missing swavorski crystals. This should shut him down!

I did not know that decormyeyes went out of business and that eyewear town took over. I got a nice pair of glasses back then.

so hear I am thinking that its decormyeyes but I ordered another pair anyway now from eyewear town. So I called to check on the status of my order and a very nasty rule lady answered the phone. I held my tongue because I know that there is someone higher to speak to, I hope but I am going to complain because that was very unprofessional of the lady.

I am not spending my money to be spoken to like that. This will be the last time I order with them and I pray that the glasses I ordered are what I ordered.

Overnight Shipping Review

Fraud, theft, scam

Ordered product. Seller demanded payment up front. Check cashed within 5 days. Product never sent - later informed me that it wasn't available as listed on their website and I should accept a substitute which I did not want. I demanded a refund at least 10 times and was refused. Filed complaints with BBB, Attorneys General in Iowa and New York and will go to court in New York to recover my stolen money. I'm suing them. Maybe should all do it together. There sure seems to be a lot of us victims. Full documentation is in hand. We will win.

Refuse to give refund on item not recevied

I ordered Chanel sunglasses Monday June 14th with next day air. On July 8th I received a package from Eyewear Town and it was not the sunglasses I ordered. I called customer service and got a very rude women on the phone who never at any point apologized just said mistakes happen and gave no explanation to what happened so I asked the order be canceled and refund my card and if that isn't done I will contact the credit card company and dispute the charges. the rude customer service women threatened me and said if I do that she will make me fly in and take me to court then hung up on me. She called me back a few minutes later with this and said another customer had my sunglasses and I had her reading glasses and asked if I can ship the ones I had to the other customer and the other customer would ship mine to me. I agreed being I'm not argumentative and needed them for a bday present by Thursday. I asked for a shipping label and she told me no she would refund the card for what I spent (which hasn't been done). I mailed the other customer her glasses Monday next day services from usps and she received them Tues July 9th. I called customer service asking for my tracking number she told me they are having email issues and cant get emails so she wasn't able to retrieve the tracking number ( she could have called the women) I called again Wed morning and was told the women assured Eye wear Town customer service the package was shipped Mon and she would email the tracking number when she got back from work. I made it very clear this order needs to be canceled if I am not getting them by Thursday being I'm leaving first thing Friday morning. When I received no tracking number or any other explanation I said to cancel the order and refund my card 100% plus the $16 I paid to mail the customer her glasses. From that point on they are threatening to take me to court for what I have no idea. They have a payment from me plus what I spent to ship the glasses and I have nothing from them but attitude, excuses, lies and attitude. NEVER EVER do business with this company!

Do NOT ever do business with this company. I wish I would've found this site before I placed my order. They are nothing but a scam company of the worst kind. It took 3 mos. to receive the wrong, damaged, used glasses. I sent them back, and never received a refund. They do not carry any stock, but instead, go through someplace in Australia. They lead you to believe they are carrying tons of fabulous stock. NOT!! When you call their company, you can hear kids yelling in the background. I am thinking they are operating out of someone's kitchen. They are the most disgusting company I have ever spent money with. They got $244 of my money!!

Sent wrong size and blamed it on me!

I ordered a pair of frames. The #'s listed on the order form were the exact ones I needed, so I placed my order. When I received the frames (which came while I was out of town), they were the wrong size. I contacted them and they said I never told them what size I needed, though they were listed right on the place where I ordered them. I attempted to explain that to them and they said too bad, it's my fault, and that I was outside of the 14 day return period. I emailed them & said that I would complain and contest the charge. Here is their response: "we we will then take you to court & you will need to go in front of the judge as the return policy is clearly stated on our website. returning items after a month is unacceptable especially when you didn’t initially advise of the size needed. you have no proof of any correspondence communicating the size needed. in addition, threatening company can cause civil suit. we will have the judge make the decision with all these facts. let me know if you would like to proceed with a court hearing & we will have our company attorney send you the paperwork." An attorney called my house this AM and are sending paperwork that I had threatened the company. RUN, RUN, RUN very quickly away from this company.

Eyeweartown - avoid them!

I would not recommend to use this company to anyone. Facts: 1) item was shipped after 8 days instead of 3 days as promised despite of the fact that before placing an order I got confirmation from sales team that specific item was available and would be delivered within 12 days period. 2) seeing that they are late with dispatch I again got confirmation (after double checking) that item would be delivered by agreed date. Still, they did not use express shipping to catch up with delay while Fedex tracking indicated 3 days later delivery than needed from the first moment. 3) item was delivered 3 days later than agreed, which cost me additional money for my friends to change their itinerary and come back to pick up the frame. 4) when I finally received the frame, it was wrong product (wrong size), although before placing an order I specifically inquired whether required size was available for immediate shipping and got their confirmation. 5) representatives of the company are not willing to find solution, they are totally ignoring my emails sent over 2 weeks ago. Observations: customer support is not supportive at all: this is the response I received when item was not delivered on time: "I guess they did not deliver on weekends". And now, when I reported about wrong item delivered they tell that I should have reported that 2 weeks ago, not now although it was 12th day from the item had been picked up by my friend. They are not willing to accept the return neither to compensate for additional costs incurred. Also they have not placed my testimonials to their website - they use only positive ones :))

Crooks!

In March I tried to order eyeglass frames but concerned because my size was listed as available but when trying to place the order, the size stated ("0"). Emailed asking if size would be available; I received a email from Peter Oz stating my size was available but they would manually enter the size. I received the incorrect size and asked for refund. Peter Oz stated I could get a $25. check credit. After sending countless emails, I called Peter Oz and he said I cashed the check and he would send a copy proving the fact. I have not heard from him since. Twice I called and tried to speak to someone. Both times I was connected to a RUDE female. When I gave my name her response was" OH-you again. She claimed I never contacted them; then she said I never sent in the size with my order. Now she is telling me, Peter Oz is "on a trip" to order for the company. When I asked when he would return she stated "some time in October. I asked who else I could speak to and her reply was " What don't you understand-I said October. He is the only one who can handle this. Apparently he can't handle this matter. Are they the only two people who handle customer complaints? Their customer service is POOR. The female (SHE IS NOT a LADY)is RUDE!!!! I have over 50 emails trying to settle this matter - going back to March 24, 2013. It is now July 26,, 2013 and I still have not receive my refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I have also sent a complaint to the BBB.

I called this morning and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I will not get charge if they do not have the glasses I wanted to order. I went went ahead and placed my order and immediately received an email saying that they were out of stock with no estimated ETA and they charged me regardless. THIS IS GOT TO BE THE MOST DISHONEST BUSINESS IN AMERICA AND I WILL START A WEBSITE TO SINGLE HANDEDLY PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. Will not send 82 year old woman's Versace glasses

Waiting from March to hear from them...Then I called for my mother to find out where her $300 frames were from repair. The woman on the phone told me good luck getting them back, and she accused us of harassment because we want our merchandise back.. She won't answer any questions such as how much or how to do we get them back... NASTY RUDE .. I consider them stolen...Filed with BBB and the Attorney General..I'm a native NY'er and she gives New York a bad name.. Shame on her for harassing and keeping a senior citizens glasses.

I ordered a pair of Oakley Casing black eyeglasses from Eyewear town 3rd day air using my insurance FSA card. Well when they finally shipped, they shipped 4 day ground and not 3 day air. So I emailed them and first they said they shipped within a 3 day window. I told them I should be getting them Wednesday and the tracking info says Thursday. So they did the right thing and refunded the difference which was 8 dollars. I received them 10/11/12 and when I opened them they were Pewter, not black. I emailed them again and they wanted the color code. So I sent that to them as well. They said this, "that's so weird as per color code should be polished black. in any case, if its not the correct color, you can send back to us & we will issue refund for shipping & frame. we do not provide return labels. thnak you" My response, "I will return the frames. I will send a pic of the inside of the stem as well. And I would like a refund. I am just going to order the frames from a different vendor. Thank you." Theirs, " if th error lies with us, we will replace for a the correct color. please send picture of inside temple & entire frame. thanks" Mine, "I don't want them exchanged. I want a refund. I am very disappointed with the quality of service I have received. I am a service professional and your quality controls are very atrocious. I will return them and contest the charge." Their's, "so bascially you want to return because you werent happy with service & advising you received the wrong color was a lie . all returns are subject a 20% restocking fee as stated on our website. keep that in mind. you need a rma# from us to be issued to make return."
