I ordered Chanel sunglasses Monday June 14th with next day air. On July 8th I received a package from Eyewear Town and it was not the sunglasses I ordered. I called customer service and got a very rude women on the phone who never at any point apologized just said mistakes happen and gave no explanation to what happened so I asked the order be canceled and refund my card and if that isn't done I will contact the credit card company and dispute the charges. the rude customer service women threatened me and said if I do that she will make me fly in and take me to court then hung up on me. She called me back a few minutes later with this and said another customer had my sunglasses and I had her reading glasses and asked if I can ship the ones I had to the other customer and the other customer would ship mine to me. I agreed being I'm not argumentative and needed them for a bday present by Thursday. I asked for a shipping label and she told me no she would refund the card for what I spent (which hasn't been done). I mailed the other customer her glasses Monday next day services from usps and she received them Tues July 9th. I called customer service asking for my tracking number she told me they are having email issues and cant get emails so she wasn't able to retrieve the tracking number ( she could have called the women) I called again Wed morning and was told the women assured Eye wear Town customer service the package was shipped Mon and she would email the tracking number when she got back from work. I made it very clear this order needs to be canceled if I am not getting them by Thursday being I'm leaving first thing Friday morning. When I received no tracking number or any other explanation I said to cancel the order and refund my card 100% plus the $16 I paid to mail the customer her glasses. From that point on they are threatening to take me to court for what I have no idea. They have a payment from me plus what I spent to ship the glasses and I have nothing from them but attitude, excuses, lies and attitude. I did everything asked of me and have all documents to prove that. But instead of apologizing and being nice you chose the path of threats and a nasty attitude. I placed a order from eyewear town. Immediately after placing my order on the website my credit card was flagged for fraudulent activity.
Someone had tried to order over $3000 in merchandise. Please do not use this site.
When I call the 800 listed for the site the lady answered the phone screamed, cursed yelled like a crazy person. Again, Please do not order anything from this site.
The owner of Decormyeyes, eyewear town, opticsfast was in prision for mail fraud and threatening customers ...vitaly broker. Buyer beware!

I sent him my expensive sunglasses to be repaired....only to get back a pair that was fake and missing swavorski crystals. This should shut him down!
I did not know that decormyeyes went out of business and that eyewear town took over. I got a nice pair of glasses back then.
so hear I am thinking that its decormyeyes but I ordered another pair anyway now from eyewear town. So I called to check on the status of my order and a very nasty rule lady answered the phone. I held my tongue because I know that there is someone higher to speak to, I hope but I am going to complain because that was very unprofessional of the lady.
I am not spending my money to be spoken to like that. This will be the last time I order with them and I pray that the glasses I ordered are what I ordered.
