Unprofessionalism

I don't know if Anu is the owner, but she is most unprofessional. The manner in which she speaks on the phone is unacceptable. We had an appointment to discuss my children online studies. I waited at the center's front door and after several calls she answered to say, I'm on my way. I am not sure how she gets high schoolers to work for her but her attitude is nasty. I can only imagine how rude she is to the student graders if she is so unprofessional with adults clients. She should be behind the scenes for the learning center and let allow someone with customer service skills handle the clients.
