Consumers? Avoid ever going to these eyewear kiosks located in Target stores!
I have had THE most purchasing any eyewear from these kiosk clinics associated with Target. If a cash purchase return takes 3 trips to receive refund within the 30-90 days it says you can return it.
Then they don’t have the amount in register to return it?!? (Pissed!) Part One

Ordered glasses May 22, returned within a few days. I called to verify return to be full amount paid, they said yes, then I was told later no. After a few calls and much time wasted it’s July 16 and still no refund. I’ve had such a terrible experience ordering online that I’ll never do it again from their website. I like their products but purchase in store for better experience. Online and returns process has serious below standard issues.

They emailed an ad saying buy one get one free. When I checked out with 2 pair they would not give me one free.
They say only the frame is free. This is fraudulent advertising. Free is free.
The glasses were not free. Everyone should stop buying from them till they apologize and stop this deceptive practice

I have found my ear really hurt when coming back home and the reason : the stud of the earring is rusty. It is an earring I bought for $800 from Sydney Chanel boutique .
Even earrings from $2 shop use surgical or stainless materials... I can’t believe my eyes!! And my Chanel sunglasses, the words on the legs are all fading away.
One becomes “chane”, another “H N L”. I went to Westfield Chanel shop complaining about it and only told to put it to service with no guarantee it will be repaired and on my own cost

The first set of glasses received were the wrong prescription which affected me at work having to wait longer for a remake... second time they failed when Picking up the correct glasses I used them for the first time at home and it broke!!
I went back the same day again , now being the 3 visit for bad service and quality... I needed my glasses for work and was not willing to wait longer. I was furious by then.
If you want good quality I would not recommend this place.. Save yourself a headache and wasting your time.
