I ordered a MK sunglasses frame online and received my order # by email.

I waited for one week to receive the shipment email but did not receive anything. I send an email 3 days ago to get update on my order status and have not received any answer.

Finally, I called them today and figured out the frame is not available (However, in the website you can still order that frame) and the man on the phone was such rude that he did not even apologize.

I was really disappointed because of wasting my time with "Eyeframelenses" company and would not recommend it to anybody at all. Do not waste your time and money.

Lucky I checked reviews. They are trying to sell a frame that isn't available, and has been disc.

for YEARS and NOT Available. They are trying sell as a new and available set of frames with Lenses included, but they are not, and have been disc. for some time now. Its really upsetting.

Its hard to see scammers these days on the internet, thank goodness for the people who take time to warn others. Sorry to hear that others were scammed and told the wrong information like me.

I ordered DKNY frames in purple and black. The same frame.

The website stated that they were in stock. I got a reply from the site saying they only had them in brown. Brown doesn't exist. The frames are actually green I have seen them in person and they are ugly.

I quickly responded a few minutes later telling the website to cancel my order. I never received a reply. My card was charged for both the black and the purple eyeglasses that they didn't even have in stock. I never received any eyeglasses.

I disputed this charge with my credit card company. Do not order from this site.

Ordered a pair of Savile Row frame with prescription from eyeframelenses.com, presumably located in New York. First, the "company" seems to be run by, owned by, and its only contact seemed to be Sol", a self-proclaimed eye wear expert. Whether by email or telephone, you get Sol and a plethora of excuses to boot.

When I received the glasses a few weeks later, I couldn't use them because fifty percent of the lens (progressives) were blurry. The cable temples of the Savile Row (made in UK) frames did not come with a protective tip so they stabbed the back of my ear. They were also huge and heavy. Their sheer weight pushed the nose bridge down so hard, my nose was bruised due to their heavy weight. Bad, expensive experience with no recourse.

Please do not buy these frames. They are not well built and cumbersome to wear and the company offers no means of support . More importantly, when I tried to contact the company several times to see if they could address the above issues, they never responded.

This, after Sol at eyeframeslenses.com told me he did not offer warranty of the $420 Glasses and suggested I contact the manufacturer. This was in addition to poor craftsmanship and errors made to the prescription which he blamed on an incorrect eye exam which subsequently led to the erroneous prescription. I could smell the excuses but I was trapped. I had already paid for the glasses ($420) and no documentation (Full statement, warranty, etc.) arrived with the glasses.

I just wanted to share this experience with others and remind others to use caution or even not consider buying such personal items. Seek out a local reputable firm to handle such matters. That way you will have more control over your purchase. You have a right to complain when a product or service turns out to be substandard and unacceptable. It's your money. I learned the hard way.
