I want my glasses

Beginning of December I ordered my glasses through Eyeconic because my insurance VSP recommended it. My glasses were broken and I couldnt see. I paid for overnight shipping. I used my insurance and the benefit I needed to use be end of year (HSA). The glasses were 503.00. It is now January 2021. No glasses. Order still pending. No response from customer service 3 times begging for my glasses. I feel like my eyesight is being held hostage!!!! What do I do? They were benefits that expired already. Its like they took my vision and my benefits and do nothing! Please help me! I cannot see. My old glasses are broken and I really need to see. I will never order from EYECONIC again! This shouldnt happen when someones health is at stake. Please help!
