I have gotten several pairs of glasses (sunglasses, progressives) and have always been 100% satisfied. They have a very good selection of frames, some REALLY affordable.
If you don't have insurance they take off 40%!!!!! They have always been willing to work with what I ask, (using old frames and just getting new lenses). It takes a certain skill to make a proper progressive lense and it has been spot on every time.
A pair of sunglasses broke, (I stepped on them) and they replaced them no questions asked. I will continue to be a customer for a long time!
Frames Direct - Bad Quality, Bad Service

I always buy the exact same model of Ray-Ban sunglasses, so I know them very well. The Ray-Bans that showed up from Frames Direct aren't like any Ray-Bans I've ever seen.
These are cheap, light weight, plastic, low quality frames and lenses. Either Ray-Ban sells Frames Direct lower quality or these are fakes, but either way, they are garbage compared to real Ray-Bans.
Their customer service is garbage too. They will want to charge me $40 to return these *** glasses.

Oakley is one of the Worst company I have come across , I purchased a glasses from them almost a month ago and did like it I returned the glasses the same day I received it and till date almost after a month too I haven't received my refund !! Guys DO NOT BUY FROM OAKLEY WEBSITE EVER !!
, please save your money and buy from somewhere else...
and dont even ask about their WORST customer care available they are least concerned to help you out ... Good luck !

We arrived at 3:30 and waited since 4:00 after having a pre test and dr.test done in the first thirty mins then after that it took over 2 hours till they finely called us to get a fitting

The frames cannot be adjusted to my face. The lens keep popping out of the frame. What should I be doing to get my glasses adjusted?
Zenni Optical - Poor quality control and refused a replacement

Out of the box, the curvature of lens were not symmetrical. See the picture and note the red lines which I feel about it.
I returned it for inspection with their return label. After a week, I got an email saying "They were inspected and found to have been produced correctly. Curvature is normal for prescription and frame shape." They refused to send a replacement. Instead, they offered one time store credit without shipping/discount.
It is an obvious failure of quality control.
How can I make sure the next one with the store credit has better symmetry? Who wants to look weird with weird glasses?
