Chanel - Products quality worse than those bought in $2 shop

I have found my ear really hurt when coming back home and the reason : the stud of the earring is rusty. It is an earring I bought for $800 from Sydney Chanel boutique .
Even earrings from $2 shop use surgical or stainless materials... I can’t believe my eyes!! And my Chanel sunglasses, the words on the legs are all fading away.
One becomes “chane”, another “H N L”. I went to Westfield Chanel shop complaining about it and only told to put it to service with no guarantee it will be repaired and on my own cost

Ordered a pair off ray ban, which should have been delivered in 4 days, well turns out I had to wait a whole month for the sun glasses, only to receive defective sunglasses. Both lenses have several circles in the middle of the lenses that can be seen against the sun or if they are foggy.
I find this to be unacceptable due to the price of the glasses bought. Makes me wonder where is the quality control. When I complaint about this issue all I got was an I'm sorry and a return label, completely unacceptable after all the wait time and the hassle.
I would think ray ban would have more consideration for their costumers. I did receive a 30% coupon but that I can only use in June, how generous!

The first set of glasses received were the wrong prescription which affected me at work having to wait longer for a remake... second time they failed when Picking up the correct glasses I used them for the first time at home and it broke!!
I went back the same day again , now being the 3 visit for bad service and quality... I needed my glasses for work and was not willing to wait longer. I was furious by then.
If you want good quality I would not recommend this place.. Save yourself a headache and wasting your time.

The doctor told my to try biofinity contacts. I said ok. Receptionist said only way i get a free pair to try is if i buy a box. Why would i buy a box if i don't like them.
Told doctor didnt like them put me back on Acuvue and colored. Told receptionist to write me a prescription i get it through my company cheaper she said we don't do that. I have every legal right for my prescription. Had my company call for prescription and they said all i can get is biofinity.
Recptionist said all that is in my chart is biofinity.
Clearly i saw doctor staple color and acuvue on my chart. They are a rip off.

purchased a pair of line bi-focals with frame in march 2019 received glasses with no magnification on bifocal and wrong prescription above line bi-focals . called Glasses u s a return glasses same day.
was told many different stories like getting used to progressive lenses takes time. these were not progressive lenses . they are line bi-focals. then told turned over to return dept.contact you 2-3 business days.
emails are unanswered impossible to get ahold of by phone. It is now May 18-2019.

I went in over a month ago to get a pair of what I thought were my progressive glasses once they came in realized they were regular lenses plus finding out my last visit was 3 years ago and they neglected to mention that I should get another eye test. Now they sent back those incorrect glasses and ordered me a new pair of progressive glasses which has now been over 3 weeks that I am waiting for these. Come to find out more that my initial visit was with the manager who obviously did not do her job right (NO EYE TEST/WRONG GLASSES ORDERED) and still I have yet to receive a call back on the correct glasses. I AM OVER IT AND WANT A REFUND!!
