Horrible Customer Service
Ordered a part needed. Within 20 minutes, Found the part on another site that could overnight. Tried to cancel the order with ExtremeKartz. No phone number was listed on the website and the site instructs you to contact them via email. I immediately sent an email requesting to cancel the order. No return email was sent by them. The following day, I checked status of the order and still showed as in fullfillment. I Sent another email requesting to cancel the order prior to them shipping the order out. Still nothing. Followed up with emails the next 3 days when I finally received a response advising it had been sent that morning. Operations Manager response was they could not cancel since it had been shipped. Finally had to refuse the package from FedEx and had it returned to ExtremeKartz. 2 weeks after the package was confirmed delivered back (FedEx Tracking) no email or anything from company. I've sent 3 more emails requesting an update as to my refund for the returned item. Still no response. Absolutely the worst Customer Service! I will not ever purchase anything from them again and I suggest you consider the same. User's recommendation: Do not use. Horrible Customer service, communication and returns
What a horrible return policy!!
This place is one of the worst places to do business with !! Ordered graphics decals to put on a golf cart and never applied them but just was unhappy with the design of them and they refuse to accept a to give me a refund ?? Wow hope you have a bit of sense and do not order from them!!
