They have lied many times and refuse to refund my funds. I will see that they are arrested and prosecuted for this theft. They have done this same scam for years but they stole from the wrong person this time.

Email back and forth with Dave Bergman. Negotiated a price of $2,450.00 for the IceBear Maddog Trike.
Bergman asked for a cashiers check made out to Extreme Scooters. Woodforest Bank of Evansville, IN. drawn out the check, and I Priority mailed it to the address in Georgia tracked
to it's destination. USPS attempted delivery and it was sent back to USPS.
Dave Bergman had the envelope placed in a PO box. after I contacted Dave Bergman he said he hadn't received a check. I said USPS told me that it was placed in a PO box at Dave Bergmans request. Dave Bergman then tells me that he doesn't have a PO box,and suggest that I send another check.
I suggested that he return the cashier check and I'll send him another. after being told that lie I called Woodforest Bank and was told if the check wasn't negotiated in 90 days they would deposit $2,450.00 back into my account. I spent the next 2& a half
months watching the envelope set in Georgia USPS PO box supposedly on hold per Dave Bergman. Woodforest Bank hadn't made a $2,450.00 deposit after 90 days.
I went to Woodforest Bank and asked about the cashier check. Like pulling teeth reluctantly found out the cashier check had been negotiated,(cashed) three days after I purchased the check. Woodforest Bank suggested I make a Police report.
WTF! does anyone know what Police agency do I report Dave Bergman,and Extreme Scooters to?

I like everyone else on here got scammed by Dave Bergman he was all about dealing with me until I paid him he took pictures of a scooter and said it was in stock and would be shipped off in 2 days I sent him $3094.00 a week went by I texted him he said he would check on the update nothing for another week texted him again and he replied with the same I'll check on the update so I went online and started looking at reviews of this guy low and behold he has been doing this same exact run around to alot of other people since before 2017 how is this guy still in business??? there should be a way to get a class action lawsuit on this scandalous guy or something I've contacted my local states attorney to figure out what to do next I'll update as soon as I figure this out do not order anything from this scammerstay away

Dave gave me the Motorcycle that he wanted to give me and it was cheaper then the 3000,74 i sent and by the time I go to court legal fees missing days of work Ive been done lost so I settle for the bike he sent me Im going to buy me a 650 Suzuki where I live next Summer so this is just be my little practice bike
