The fit is to small to get the {{Redacted}} in so there for it wont work even if its gelled up to max

Preferred solution: Full refund

Wrong size item

Either replace the 1 3/8 ball with the advertised 1 1/2 ball or produce a refund . this issue has all ready, been reported by phone, but the situation has not been resolved as of today

Broken and no screws on package

I was advised to send the entire unused item back and pay a 20% fee to be disposed of, which seemed quite illogical.

I went to Lowes and bought the broken item and fixed it myself.
