Place was awful so is terry he owes me $11,740 and hasn't paid up yet had lawyer involved which bought him 3 years to pay me in full and the lawyer has been fired so where's my money pry hiding down in Florida with that crook his 3 years is up here real quick got my lawyer ready to go in hot

This company if you can call them that are not paying there contractors. Terry Stout the owner lives in Florida hidden away from all of his legal trouble with not paying contractors. His daughter however is here working and taking money for jobs completed knowing they are not paying contractors.

Terry Stout is being investigated by the IRS. Is ths someone you want in you home completing work? I think not. Do not hire them for any type of work what so ever.

There is 5-6 contractors in the process of suing them and several more thinking about it. So think long and hard before hiring this bunch of cheating, not paying blow hards.

Most of the companies employees are family and will lie to you straight to your face.

Terrible company do not work for, they dont like to pay their sub contractors, and now they have filed bamkruptcy in order to protect their personal assets. Look up piercing the corporate veil

We worked for EPS for a very short time. They DO NOT PAY the contractors.

AVOID THIS *** COMPANY AT ALL COST! We have waited 6 months for a check. We are contacting the companies that the WO's came from to tell them that EPS isn't paying contractors. They are not responding to any of our emails.

They had there attorney send us a letter asking us to spread the payments out over a year or more. Please take my advise do not work for Terry Stout or EPS. Horrible company!

Terry Stout lives in Florida or they lie and say he is out of the country when you call the office. So AVOID THEM>>>>>

It's impossible to get paid in a reasonable amount of time. We actually went in there to deal with this-the first girl was somewhat helpful, then we got 2 totally different stories from the next 2....

Apparently the people who can get things done don't live in Indiana, or are "out of the country."

I saw another review that said they were waiting 90 days then taking them to court-after Terry threatened to deduct money from the total because we had a straight WEEK of thunderstorms and could not finish in 1 week-how is it that contractors don't get prompt payment?

Before the issue of the timeline, before being ignored for weeks about this-we saw the work that was being done. We don't want our names associated with that.

This company is not very good to work for or with. Never met the owner.

They require you to work weekends but you can not reach anyone during the weekends to ask questions so your WO will be late and then they want to discount your WO pay by 13%. When they do pay it is a full 45 days or more like 60 days out from your WO completion. When we deposited our first check the bank placed a 14 day business hold due to lack of funds in there business account.

They also pay the lowest in preservation. Trust me this company is not a good choice to provide preservation for.

Terry Stout claims he is part of the business TD Stout but that was out of business since 2006. He also claims he is part of Extreme Solutions LLC in Indiana but that went out of business in 2010 and is now re-named as Vash Solutions in Ft.

Lauderdale FL, both of which Terry has no legal ties to. You can find another review on him at www.whoscammedyou.com He will ask you to work for his property preservation company and when you do he will give you the run around on paying you like he did us. First he needs business checks sent over to pay you, then he says he is holding back a week, then he says he will mail you a check. He will tell you he wants you to run things while he is away.

He is lying, and he is scamming you any and every way he can. He uses the same lines on the same type of people. Hard working landscapers, construction workers and builders. Not only that but his "clients" aren't even aware that he is not legally able to obtain and hold onto clients and businesses to maintain the properties of.

He is currently being investigated by the IRS (in an audit as we speak) I did some snooping around in his truck. He also is being investigated by the department of labor. He will not pay you so don't do any work under any circumstances.

This guy is dishonest and nothing but another sketchy salesman. Listen to theses review because it is us who need to stick together and report people like Terry Stout.
