Horrible experience. Total rip off

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The whole thing was a joke. The food was insanely over priced.

They did a lot of stalling. Making up excuses throughout the whole show after starting it over a half hour late. We ended up leaving early because the whole thing felt like a scam.

My 10 year old said it's like Monster Jam tickets that someone bought from Temu! He's not wrong.

Big disappointment

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This event was a big disappointment! By halfway through, I would say almost half of the people had left and gone home.

Considering the cost, it just was not worth it. They had three monster trucks there, and two of them broke down. This event seemed like it was not organized at all, and many people were annoyed by it. The food concessions were a joke.

My kids stood in line for well over an hour and said the sanitary conditions were way under par.

This was a big waste of 150 dollars. I hope you guys see this and do not bring this back here.

0 stars for this dealer ! As a small engine mechanic I am always online looking for and buying parts.

I mistakenly bought 2 of a expensive part from this place and they won't take back the extra unopened resalable part !

As a volume internet buyer of parts this is a huge red flag! So I take this as a lesson and loss and for now on I will only shop at reputable websites that will take back unopened resalable parts like Global motor imports and many other companies that will take a return.

I was posting negative reviews about my experience with extreme motor sales and discovered that Tina Wilson who owns or runs the company left herself a 5 star review on trustpilot website! Why would someone have to do that?

I bought 249cc icebear maddogs (black and orange) from them last year. Before leaving the shop I bought a 150cc engine from them and a bigger carb. They mislead me for the sale because they said it would bolt on. If it was not a bolt on job I would not have ordered the new engine.

3 months go by and I haven't received my new engine yet. Many stops into shop and many days of them saying no its not here. They eventually called me. I got to the shop and the box is already open and it looked like it had been tapered with. I was like okay I asked them again if you just bolt it on and they said Yes. (100% verifiable with my friend and girlfriend who were with me at both times.) I get home and wouldn't you know the engine mounts are on the top..... And my scooter has mounts.... On the bottom. So I go back and I'm like okay this s*it doesn't just slap on there, there must be a misunderstanding. I figured they would at least figure it out and get the engine installed since I bought it through them. Well no they told me no refunds and pointed to the big sign, and reminded me that I signed a waiver that I took the bike as is. They literally cover their *** with documents. It's crazy. I still have the engine sitting in a box a year later. I even bought a third bike (red) because I was in a pinch.

The red bike has been nothing but problems, like tires prematurely wearing, the air filter box fell off and got run over, the kicstarter started grinding one day and stopped working, and I have never used it. The electric start worked fine. One day the electric start died, I tried the kick start and it didn't work. It's very unlikely that they died at the same time. I feel sabotaged. The headlights are cheap plastic and broke the first week, have them held on with a hair tie and a bungie. The throttle cable kept getting stuck, causing the bike to take off and it caused injury to myself and one other. The problem was because the ladies had zip ties too tight choking the cable and it wouldn't release when you let go of the throttle. the scooter randomly loses power goin full speed and you need to pump the gas to get it to sputter back to life. The plastic window on the brake handle to see fluid level completely broke out so my front brakes are extremely weak. ONLY 3K MILES!!! ALL THESE PROBLEMS.

They have deceptive business practices. And they don't care they they sell. You dangerous products

Does the Florida lemon law cover scooters?

I have pictures and evidence to provide for this whole situation. I have all original bills of sale, pictures of all the bikes, and pictures of all the problems I've had with each one. All 3 scooters had immense numbers of problems. I dropped over 6k for everything. 3 bikes, 3 throttle cables, 1 rear tire, I bought 2 new batteries from batteries plus within a month of owning the bike

6 oil changes, changed the gear oil, numerous fuel lines leaking had to replace. They warned me that the Ethanol would do that. They suggested ethanol free but it performs lackluster in comparison.

I always followed the maintenance schedule and I always used extreme care when servicing. I feel like if they need to hire someone that actually wants to dedicate time and care into the bikes they sell. They need to assemble safer bikes. And stand behind more warranty parts. Oh one last thing, the speedometer on All the bikes always said you were going faster than you were. The black one was the worst you'd be going 35 and it said 79.seriously awful. The orange one was no digital it was only about 6 or 7 off. The red bike was the closest. It is 4 mph fast EXACTLY. confirmed by Ulysses speedometer app. My idea is they wanna run the mileage up faster to get you out of warrenty. Just a thought.

Extreme Motor Sales - Rude and liars

So I called this place to see if they had lug nuts for my ATV. I even told her the exact size “10x1.25” that I needed.

I had to repeate myself 4 times because there was a screaming kid in the back ground. When the lady answered the phone she never said the name of the business, she just answered hello in a annoyed voice. Finally when she could hear me from that screaming little brat in the background she tells me in a rude and vulgar voice “ WE DONT SELL LUG NUTS”. At that time I got upset and said *** this place and hung up.

I feel bad for my girlfriend bc I used her phone and now these crazy woman are calling and texting my girlfriend and then lied saying I called her a mutha *** *** Never called her that, just said *** this place. Also reading other people’s reviews, I’m not the only one this has happend to. It seems these people are miserable and can’t keep their personal problems out of their business. I have been in this place before to see what kind of brand of motor sports they sell and it’s all China junk.

Reading from other reviews, the poor people that bought this stuff has had nothing but problems with their machines not wanting to run rite to not running at all. So these poor people are stuck with it. With these China made bikes and ATV’s, getting replacement parts is next to impossible.

Don’t waste your money on this China junk. Just spend the extra money on a actual name brand and you also get a warranty.

Bought 2 four wheelers from them on one day. Not even 60 days later one won't start and they want to charge 60$ hr to look at iy

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I dropped almost 5 G there in one day. Was promised a very cooperative stand by their product attitude.

Not even 10 hours on the one bike and it won't turn over. I called to see what they would do and was shocked by the change in attitude. All of a sudden it's 65$ hr labor to see what's wrong with it and warranty prob doesn't cover it. Very disappointed in the lack of pride they have in their product.

Another example of trying to save a few dollars on one day cost a bunch later. Go to a reputable dealer.

I just bought a new Polaris with a factory warranty. Lesson learned.

Unbelievably rude, snappy and short with answers. I will drive to St.

Pete before spending a dime with your business.

The only way I can fathom this girl still has a job there is that it's a family run business and her parents don't realize the way she speaks to people. Maybe there's a better place for her to be rather than in contact with potential customers.

Unbelieveable rudeness!

I ordered a motorcycle seat, got an e-mail a couple day's later saying it was out of stock, would have to back order, asked me to advise. I called and talked to Tina asking how long it would take for back order.

"Don't know!" was her answer. I asked her to just refund my money. She said fine, and hung up! I waited about a week and called again asking about my refund, got the run around!

Long story short, it took me over 5 weeks and countless phone calls to get my money back, the last one telling me to go "F" myself by sweet little Tina ( I'm being polite, she used the word!). I was never rude to her, that is until she used the "F" word!

Quadarius Ofg

I'm sorry but this is an outright lie. NO one ever cussed you like you mention.

And the delay on your refund was because you did not request it until after a few emails.

I began emailing you within days of your order and there were delays in getting back to me. Your refund was posted as soon as you requested it because the seat you ordered was not in stock, the manufacture stopped producing the bikes, and had to be special ordered from China.

Horrible Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I called for the past two days because I had an itch to buy a dirt bike or Enduro. It seems that they were not interested in my business and was hung up on by some C**t that worked there when I didn't say nothing but" It is not good business not having dirt bikes ready to sell" in a joking way.

I am an impulse buyer and like to buy toys to play with and will not be buying from this place. Bunch of clowns over there that doesn't know anything about customer service especially people with cash in hand.

They are very rude and don't care about no one.

Terrible product. Terrible customer service

They don't stand behind their product at all. Had nothing but problems from my ATV.

Every time I took it in for warranty work. They would charge me. Finding some reason why it wasn't covered. Lots of problems and no solutions.

Not good about getting back to you either. You drop it off to them , and told they will look at it and get back to you the next day. Then have to call five times to get a response . They kept it over a week.

To get it home with the same problem. Instead of replacing a cable. They taped it up with electrical tape.

Buyers beware. NOT GOOD!

Poor quality footwear/no returns or exchanges

Purchased a pair of "retractable" heely type shoes for my 8 year old son from Extreme Motor Sales. This item looks great coming out of the box but after just 2 wears, one inside for approx 15 minutes and another outside for approximately 10 minutes we noticed a little scuffing on the front toe.

NO big deal. However upon closer inspection on both shoes the sole is seperating from the entire front portion of the shoe. Not just a little bit mind you but at least 2 inches back on both shoes. Upon emailing the company and even offering to pay for shipping on a replacement pair, I was informed "sorry" no returns.

I firmly believe that these people know exactly what kind of trash they are selling people hence the no returns. This borders on unethical. I am very unhappy and now I have an unhappy 8 year old. I would have perhaps expected after tremendous wear that there would be some wear and tear but come on after just 2 uses and they are falling apart like well..

a cheap suit. These people stink and so do their shoes!!!

I ordered a bike...they said they didn't have it...they pulled a bait and switch...I ended up buying a more expensive bike...two weeks later I call them to ask where is my motorcycle....they report oh yeah, the bike we shipped didn't meet CA emissions...then I chose another bike two weeks later still no bike...finally they say we can't get that bike either but we can get you a 250cc Hensim. I said ok ship it...a week later they email me a shipping document...I call the freight company three days later and try to get an update with the tracking number...the shipping company says they went out to pickup the motorcycle but it wasn't released due to lack of payment...now remember I paid for this one month prior to this date. Finally, I'm pissed and I have to get my bank fraud division involved.

Baja atvs are junk!!

I purchased two 300cc ATV's from Extreme Motor Sales in April.

Parts are breaking and I am now being told that those parts are not covered under their warranty.

I have had nothing but problems with these ATV's. I wish I had never purchased these *** ATV's and also not purchased from Extreme Motor Sales.

It will take me over a year to pay off these two ATV's and all they will be doing is collecting dust in the garage!!!!!

I personally say lets go towards a class action lawsuit!!! I also feel the companies who push these junky ATV's should also be held accountable as they KNOW the ATV's are junk. I was guaranteed that the ATV's that Extreme Motor Sports sells is not the same ones from PepBoys and it turns out they are identical!

I bought an ATV from Extreme Motor Sports two years ago as a Christmas gift for my son. I echo what Vicky Cuddy said about them being super nice until they get your money & then they won't take your calls unless you block your phone number & they're extremely rude & lie to you. The say they will ship to the hub nearest your house, which is about a mile from me. They chose to ship my ATV to Louisville, KY which is 70 miles from me so I had to pay someone with a pickup truck to go get it. After fighting with Heidi, she did reimburse me the $50 I had to pay to get the ATV from Louisville to Lexington but it still didn't make up for me having to get a sitter or for my huge inconvenience or for the huge lie they told.

The website also says it comes almost ready to ride, just put on the handlebars & go. But my husband had to almost completely assemble it! Of course it didn't come with ANY instructions. When I asked Heidi for assembly instructions, I was told there aren't any. My son eventually got to ride his Christmas gift ONE TIME before it stopped working. Numerous calls to Heidi were fruitless. My husband works for an auto dealership, in the service department, so he is not clueless when it comes to mechanics. He could not get this ATV to run. We took it to a friend who has owned & worked on ATV's & dirt bikes & motorcycles all of his life. He could not make it run. We ended up taking it to another mechanic & he got it to run but could never find the idle switch. It took us 2 sets of spark plugs & 4 new batteries ($40 each) and $200 to a mechanic to get it running. So our $800 ATV ended up costing us over $1,000. Once it was finally running, we sold it for $300 in a yard sale but we were nice enough to give full disclosure to the person who bought it about the company we bought it from & how impossible they are to deal with & get parts from.

My gut told me in the beginning not to do it. Anything that seems too good to be true usually is. As for the class action lawsuit, LET'S DO IT!! These *** don't deserve to be in business! They're screwing people out of hard-earned money every day & laughing all the way to the bank. I don't know about the rest of you but I want my money back and I want them to pay for the way they treat people! They didn't seem to give a *** when I threatened to report them to the BBB either.

They don't deserve to be doing business in the US!! Let's shut 'em down!!!
