Watch your bill, they don't honor coupons afterwards

Spent over 700 dollars on service work of course which originally started out as a simple oil change/brake repair, more items were "needed" and since I was captive held there for hours in their *** waiting room. Apparently shuttle was NOT available the day I was there so I was trapped in lousy waiting room for 4 hrs! So I agreed to add'l repairs ONLY if coupons I rec'd in mail were applied. Well afterwards they said could only honor one of them -no combining - so that was a major lie from the service writer. Love the whole yes we will, no we won't then they take your money! Not to mention when you ask for a manager - they're always out of the office. Surprised how a business can run with NO managers around. Their customer service sucks bigtime! And to add insult to injury - the one problem I mentioned still makes noise so now I have to it take car somewhere else who can actually fix cars and provide better service.
