Sales woman unprofessional and a compulsive liar! Roofers show up on random day that was originally scheduled for Saturday.
Roof FAILED INSPECTION! Siding took 4 days when I was told 1 day to do this. Siding guys tried to skip repairing ALL of siding on front of home, luckily it was caught. Roof repairs happened whenever they felt like showing up (no scheduled time or notice to homeowner) 5:30pm or 6pm when people are trying to have family time.
This happened for the entire project! All I would get was an " I'm sorry they are there without you knowing!" Very UNSATISFIED with this company and will NEVER recommend them!

These folks were great to work with during the roof/gutter installation but after a few months, the gutters began to fall of in a certain area. I've made 4 calls to them over the past 4 weeks and no one has yet to arrive to fix the gutters.
As this is hanging in a neighbor's yard (on my disconnected garage), I"m somwhat embarassed when I see my neighbor. Moreover, this gutter could fall off and create a legal situation.
My hope is that by beginning this online complaint process, their service improves (or they start to see a decrease in business).
