Terrible Customer Service and False photo of final product

I am extremely dissatisfied with the "timeless custom" stamp I ordered from Expressionary. The font size and layout of the address is completely different than the example shown on the screen when I placed my order. I called the customer service department and the representative had an attitude from the moment she picked up the phone. They are not willing to reprint the stamp, they will only refund my order, but not my shipping of $6. Plus, I have to pay another $6 to send it back, so after $12, I will have nothing. You would think a company that charges over $40 for a custom stamp would have better customer service and be more willing to work with you. The advertisement for "timeless custom" stamp is deceiving and they should take it off their page until it can accurately represent the true example font and size on their webpage. I mean I can barely read my address in the actual one I received.

I had ordered Hello Kitty address labels from their website, and considering that they only offered two Hello Kitty options, I was surprised to receive my labels in a third design (not even featured on the website, btw)which I didn't like at all. So when I called to ask why I had received this design instead,they put me on hold only to come back and say that the original design I had ordered was discontinued, so they sent me the new design instead. So my questions were, if they're discontinued, why wasn't I sent an email saying so, and why did they take it upon themselves just to send me something completely different, and more importantly, why was this design still running on their website? (to this day it is still there.)And even though their policy was a full refund, I was only offered half because it was considered me "changing my mind" about my order. Don't order from them.

I placed an order for some stationary for my wife for our first anniversary. At the time of purchase expressionary guaranteed delivery by june 16th (our anniversary is the 22nd).

Subsiquently they sent me an email (the same day) that had a delivery date of june 24th.

I called and asked to cancel and they promised they would investigate. They emailed again with the same date of 24th and dsaid they would not allow me to cancel.


I placed an order for address labels on October 9, 2009. They still have not arrived!!!!

I called and the customer service agent stated that they would send out replacement labels--to this day I continue to be label-less.

Never heard of them. There are too many stories like this one out there.

One thing business owners must realize keeping the customer happy is important. And, watch your staff an unprofessional person on the phone can make or break a deal like this...
