I just paid $40 for the pro plan account for express expenses. Then I tried to log in to my account and you tell me there isnt an account for my email.! So where did my money go?!

Confused

I was looking at the website, informing myself of Expressexpense because I just found out about it. I set my tablet down and when I went to pick it up a screen saying in large lettering "YOU ARE BLOCKED"...the reasons given below that statement do not pertain to my situation in the slightest.

I think whatever reasoning you have will not suffice to me.

It was very bothersome, kind of broke my trust in this site being a success. Made no sense, nothing happened, it's got a mind of its own.

Won’t stop charging my credit card

cant contact anyone and they wont stop charging my card,and iv tried contacting them but always get directed to this website
