The merchandise was heavy and falling apart. The merchant never tried to rectify the problem.
Instead blamed me of having the braids torn out...how dare they make any assumptions about me..when it's their merchandise that is shabby and not worth 239 00 plus tax and shipping . After leaving my customer review the merchant has emailed me threatening to take me to court!

This company got almost 700 out of me for a wig and they sent the wrong color and refised to exchange for correct color and did not respond to requests. 29 emails, calls etc Terrible service..

I let the company know right away that I was indeed very upset ..they were paid upfront for a product yet I received a piece of junk!
There all so was no packing slip/return label with the product!
On June 1, 2020 I ordered from Expreas Wig Braids website a braided wig, the total cost for the wig was 209.00 which I paid up front with a debit card. I received from Express Wig Braids a follow up email confirmation and a day later a thank you email from a sales rep,.
I did not receive a shipping date or a tracking number which is the norm. After not hearing from them I began contacting them through their website and was told several different things as to why they could not give me a shipping date. We have a policy, processing time is different from shipping date or. .
We have our policy in regards to shipping dates. I now know that these were loop holes that they put in very small letters on their website so that they may be able to defraud unsuspecting customers. Needless to say, I had pretty much given up on getting my wig that I had ordered, but, On July 20, 2020 a crumpled soiled envelope arrived sealed with scotch tape. Upon opening the envelope, I was horrified,.
Not only had they sent me the wrong wig...there was a very foul odor coming from the mop like-patched together product that I had been sent. The workmanship was very poorly and hastily lace frontal sewn to a dome wig cap marly type hair extension un evenly attached. I knew without a doubt that I had been duped. Upon examining the outer packaging I discovered that the smelly wig had been shipped from a PO Box so that I could not even ship the wig back to it's proper owner.
I could however, take photos to document my experience for other unsuspecting customers. I wasted know time letting this company know that I was not happy!

Dissatisfied with customer service
Horrible experience. They take too long to make wigs, don't keep in contact with you, and three of my wigs were made poorly.
They don't keep their promise. Please beware. They were suppose to ship my wigs two weeks ago.
I haven't received them yet. When I told them I may have to seek professional advice they got angry and have been acting a fool since.
Company failed to send product that was ordered
On June 1, 2020 I placed an order for a lace front braided wig with Express Wig Braids.com for a ready to ship wig. The total price for the wig was 209.00 so I paid.
June 2, 2020 I received a follow up e-mail from a sales representative saying that they had received my order a thanks but no shipping date/tracking number, I found this to be odd since most on-line companies usually furnish this information quickly once an order is placed with the company. In the coming weeks I would reach customer service only by going through their on-line web site and they would all ways give me a response that didn't make since, such as telling me I should have read their policies on their website in regards to processing and shipment times before I ordered and even went so far as to say that I was well aware of their procedures and had agreed with their procedures prior to ordering. Mind you, their deceptive crap is written in a jumbled mess at the bottom of their website. Needless to say, July 20, 2020 after about a month and 2 weeks, a soiled,crumpled envelope sealed with scotch tape arrived.
When I opened the packaging, I was horrified! Not only had they sent me the wrong wig, the ratty glued together wig had a putrid horrible odor coming from it. I was greatly disappointed with what I had received and I knew without a sliver of doubt that I had been duped! Upon closer inspection of the packaging I realized that it had been shipped without a packing slip/return label.
I could not even ship this piece of garbage back to it's rightful owner' However I could take photos to document my experience in order to warn other unsuspecting customers.
I promptly let this company know how dis-pleased I was with what they had sent me, Shame on you Express Wig Braids! for taking advantage of the very community that supports you!
