Unprofessionalism on a grotesque scale

So after using a store bought colar for fleas and ticks on one of my cats it developed a serious chemical burn on its neck. It wasn't getting any better and my cat began to lose weight and I was concerned.So I called and the voice on the other end was warm and reassuring that everything would be fine and gave me a drop off appointment.

Understand I had never been a petpm so I was just grateful to get any kind of appointment with the budget I had. So we got up early to begin the comute. Arriving on time as instructed the day before.i was greatest with a receptionist that as I spoke what i can only assume was dictation she was taking. She explained they would call me that the vet won't take a look and call me with news on treatment I felt nervous Finally the receptionist from that morning called me and stated my cat need to have surgery to remove the damaged tissue and my authorization plus$ 320.67 was needed.

Matter of factly and she was definitely not the same person with the kind voice I initially spoke to when making the appointment. She was pushy and I explained I didn't have that kind of money but would call her back after speaking with the cats co owner. When she rudely says if I don't have the money I can come retrieve my animal. I explained to her I had given her the courtesy she now needed to give me in return.

Frantically we came up with the funds threw a company that helps finance emergency situations involving pets. I called her back she seemed surprised and we went over the additional cost

Now when I dropped the animal I never saw a vetdo we discussed flea treatment I told her after the colar incident I was afraid to apply anything else so could they give her a flea treatment on top of the rabies vaccine she was getting that day and ear mite treatment she confirmed and gave me a update about. I buried to the location receiving a call five minutes before arriving to inform me that it was to late in the day to sedate her for the procedure she needed to have. Entering the building and scheduling the surgery for the very next morning instructed on how the after care would go and medication the animal would need .

One of the workers was visible down the hall and clearly had my pets carrier in her possession approaching the front desk allowing the carried to bounce of an ajoining wall and then allowing the same to the door . This person thought it funny and the new receptionist rushes around to take control of the carrier and whisper something to the careless worker as she rushes back towards where she came from. My poor baby looked worse when I picked her up. Then when I dropped her off.

Not only did my cat not have surgery the next day. She also had two office visits and no flea treatment. There never was a surgery. The vet called to tell me she didn't sedate my cats when cleaning her wound because the cat all other to do what she needed to do a level one cleaning?

Huh. Wait what. But I was glad because the vet informed me that I had saved over 100$ because they didn't have to sedate her.. long story short after it was all said and done these people in the office lied to me.

Charged my bank account when I have them my card to hold till treatment was discussed which in time the bill in it entirety would be place on the account I inquired to pay the unexpected vet fees.

But was not the case. I attempted to contact them when the next day I realized I still had fleas on her they hung up on me it would not let me speak to a vet one after I explained to know him that I thought my cat was having a bad reaction to do whatever medication they gave her and at the end of the day why was she giving any type of medication and she never had a surgery upon realizing that not only that they've given her a three day pain treatment they had also giving her her medicine above that for aftercare after a surgery she never had applying looking at my account they also double billed me and I'm still fighting to get got taken care of in the officer debited a money out of my account but yet would not let me speak to a vet or even the vet that care for my cat somebody should be responsible to answer my questions in regards to where the money went why there was a surgery that they're never really was and why are these people in the front office just allowed to make up whatever kind of information they want to pass along to whoever they want to pass along to I mean at the end of the day where's the vet care for my cat I've yet just spoke to her one time constantly they've hung up on me and pass me one to another person another person pretending to be different people it's ridiculous don't be fooled by the nice smiles and the it's all a bunch of baloney
