Custom service lied to me and said they could not let me pict up my prescription at a pharmacy at the same rate anymore, because this is what Blue Cross had set up with them. Blue Cross says that the plan is all Express Scripts design. I now have to pay for my birth control if I want to pick it up at a pharmacy. Isn't this a violation of the Afordable Care Act!?!

Manufacturer recommends that this particular medicine be kept 38-46°. However Express Scripts, pharmacies name 'Debbie' told me specifically, they do not have to follow the manufacturer recommendations and instructions!; they have their own rules because they are the pharmacist.
