Express lube in Boerne Texas have the slowest working attendants I've ever experienced. It is the 1st of March and had several cars in front of me for inspections but 30 minutes is excessive.

When I asked the manager how long an inspection takes he said 15 - 20 minutes. Even that is too long if you have a dedicated line for this service.

Rude and disrespectful

Went to get my oil changed and free wash with a coupon my husband gave me and it took 15 minutes for someone to get my van. I finally got into the place and handed them the coupon only for the woman behind the counter to insist that I contact my husband at work to tell her where we got our coupon.

After I insisted that he was on the job she said "I need to know where he got this". When I told her where he got it she said it's okay it was an ad mistake and they would honor the coupon. She also revealed I was not the first one to come in with this particular coupon but she didnt know where others got theirs. I could not believe that she would insist that I contact my husband on his job to find out where he got the *** coupon knowing I was not the only person using the coupon.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. One of the worse experiences in customer service.
