The 'leads' provided are either fake or completely inactive. When you confront them about the lack of results, their 'account managers' become condescending and attempt to lecture you on communication rather than solving the problem. Their 'legal team' uses predatory tactics to keep your money, offering useless 'extensions' to trap you in a failed contract while citing a 'non-refundable' policy that is legally void when services are not rendered. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation.
They ignore formal refund requests and delay the process in bad faith.
