Very Slooooow payments
Expert pay takes a long time to pay and credit CS payments.
Takes usually over 5 days if not more. Before I used to use the SDU site and payments were credited immediately but now you are forced to use the SDU for Bank accounts and if you don't send payment at least 2+ weeks in advance your payment will be late and you will be charged interest!

I'm trying to get set up to where I can pay my child support. However, the help number I called said that you would have to set up my account manually. Could you give me a list of things you may need to set it up.
