Bad service

Took the car here. More then one time they could not fix the car starting problem. Next: Paid them to install a car transmission. Left the car with more car problems then the car had. ( 1.) The engine control module and transmission control module did not communicate. Making the car hard to shift automatically. ( 2.) They mysteriously welded the fan wire motor to the car radiator. The car would not turn off. The fan motor is only suppose to go on at a certain engine temp. ( 3.) The mechanic installing the transmission broke off the stud. From: The long exhaust pipe. Causing a exhaust leak. ( 4.) The new struts were bouncing up and down. ( 5.) They left the car engine at only two quarts of oil. Causing engine problems. Note: They have lots and lots of complaints on : Yelp. Most customers that posted negative reviews on : Yelp. Have been deleted or: Filtered. ( 6.) The stud bolt on the exhaust pipe broken. Leaving a exhaust leak.

SILENCE OF A ENTITY BASED ON TIME OF DISCOVERY. CALIF. GOV. CODES: 911.23 & 911.64. CAR RAPE. NO. LIE .M. R.I.

As we still recall the incident of intentional vandalism like it was just yesterday . California Penal Code: 594. The damage to personal property. Yes this is when young Oliver a male white adult was assigned to work on a black Kia. It was just a very simple task. He deliberately waited to near past closing to give the car back to the American Veteran. The car was observed bouncing up and down very badly. The price that this none mechanic shop charged the , American Veteran was, approximately : $500.00 to $600.00. Yes they were reported to : The Better Business Bureau. Also: Consumer Affairs. Let us never forget. There are *** that take pay offs. Such as the Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine. They call it: Membership fees. Its actually money to turn a blind eye. This is a contributing factor for thousands of bad mechanic shops. The help of the , Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine? They also never give any victims a copy of the none findings. Continuing: After young Oliver gave the black Kia back to the American Veteran near or after closing. Then young : Oliver ran out the driver's door. The car was bouncing up and down. Now upon investigation: ( 1.) The Kia was taken to : Car Pros of Huntington Beach Calif. The car dealership discovered , that : Expertech Automotive left the American Veteran's car engine at only two quarts of oil. As we know this causes many car engine problems. The web site says: As a courtesy we check engine oil. According to : Albert Hahn of the Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine California he stopped his investigation of : Expertech Automotive. Because the : American Veteran of the black KIA did not ask the mechanics to check the engine oil. So : Albert Hahn took the side with the none mechanic shop. According to , Albert Hahn , he demanded to know if the victim / American Veteran asked , Expertech Automotive to change his oil. Now mass millions why does a American Veteran have to ask any mechanic shop to check the oil. Primarily if its posted on the web site? Continuing: The American Veteran informed : Albert Hahn of the Berau Of Automotive Repair he did not ask Expertech Automotive to check the engine oil. Then it appears , Albert Hahn of the Irvine Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine asked the American Veteran a question. The question was: " Did you ask Expertech Automotive to check you're oil. The American Veteran replied : " No". Now this was the excuse : Albert Hahn wanted. He was heard saying: " That did it I'm closing the case". No investigation, no write up. Does this sound like a : ( Advocate for a victim of a bad mechanic )? Or does sound more like a *** owned bought and paid for? Like a future show for: A.M. 640. John & Ken. The title of the show: ( The *** of the bureau of automotive repair in Irvine , California ). Taking : Bad mechanic membership fees. Also refusing to give a copy of the investigation to any victim of a bad mechanic? Is this : Silence Of a entity based on time of discovery . Calif. Gov. Codes: 911.23 & 911.64. HMO'S do this to patients all the time. As we now can see: The simple fact the : Bureau Of Automotive Repair is taking payoffs . This means : They are a waste of tax payer money. Why? The moment they take any money or gratuity makes them the *** or employee of a bad mechanic. This is why there are thousands and thousands of bad mechanics. We need open disclosure and transparency of the : Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine, Calif. Also every victim of any bad mechanic should have the right to have a complete and in detail copy of the findings of all flaws of the bad mechanic shop. Why? Habeas Corpus. The fourteenth Amendment . Due Process. ( 1.) The Right To Know Act. ( 2.) The Public Records Act. ( 3.) The Freedom Of Information Act. How many payoffs over the thirty years has the : Bureau Of Automotive Repair taken . Dollar and cents to turn a blind eye? Is this : Aiding & Abetting ? Calif. Penal Code: 31 ? Isn't it time to prevent: Silence of a entity based on time of discovery? California Government Codes: 911.23 & 911.64 ? As we know and are very much aware: No employee is required to do anything unsafe or illegal at any time. California Labor Code: 6300 . OSHA. All at will employees are required to work with best efforts. California Labor Code: 2924. For an act to be an act, it must be proven that the act was willful and deliberate, with motive and intent. California Penal Code: 26. Those guilty of a crime not chargeable . ( 1.) Some one ignorant of what they are doing. The mechanics of Expertech are suppose to be experienced and qualified. No excuse to what they did to a black KIA. That belonged to a American Veteran. No patriotism . With the help and support of their accomplice: The Bureau of Automotive Repair in Irvine. For turning a blind eye. California Penal Code: 31 ? Upon discovery this was discovered how : Expertec Automotive gave back the black KIA to a American Veteran customer , after a simple transmission installation. The American Veteran saved his money to have enough money for the transmission installation. The transmission was delivered to Expertech Automotive in Huntington Beach, Calif. They had the transmission for a few weeks. Then the day came for installation. Young Oliver was assigned to work on instillation. Assigned to the black Kia. Owned by the American Veteran. The assigning supervisors were: Derrick and Gary. This turned out to be a all day affair. Near past or at the closing of the day. The car was given back to the American Veteran. The car was bouncing up and down . Young Oliver was observed jumping out of the driver's side door. No explanation nothing. Prior in the office. Lots of laughing and joking over heard. By female white adult. That worked at the front desk. Upon discovery: ( 1.) The engine oil was left at two quarts of oil. Discovered by: Car Pro Kia dealership. ( 2.) The wire from the fan motor grounded out at the radiator . This resulted in the fan motor staying on. Not going on at engine temperature . ( 3.) The stud at the engine exhaust manifold broken off. Resulting in a engine exhaust leak. Causing poisonous emissions to leak into the air. ( 4.) Also the new struts appeared to be bouncing up and down very badly. ( 5.) Prior to this: Because of earned prior trust that this car mechanic shop was honest. ( 6.) Brought the car back numerous times for a starting issue. They could not fix or find. The inspections were not free. The car would not start. Had to tow the car back over and over. Yet, this disgusting automotive repair shop did not care the car left the American Veteran stranded in various locations. Because the American Veteran was not happy. Never allowed back to Expertech Automotive. They were reported to: Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau. They never apologized for all their intentional wrong doing. Its believed they might have the three type of mechanics: ( 1.) Salary. Paid by the month. ( 2.) Hourly. Paid by the hour. ( 3.) Commission. Commission are paid by piece work. Known for fixing one thing and deliberately sabotaging other areas of a customer's car. Motive & intent: To get more work. How: The ingredients that criminal needs: ( Time ), ( ability ), ( opportunity ), ( motive ) and ( intent ). Reference: The books written by the : Mind Hunter. Takes readers through the mind of a criminal . Its evident the candy *** to this day are refusing to prove they are honest? With the : ( Trinity Of Truth Test ). Three forms of scientific evidence. Admissible in a court of law. ( 1.) No. Lie. M. R. I. This is a computer that measures brain waves to determine if the volunteered subject is lying or telling the complete truth. With honesty & integrity . ( 2.) California Evidence Code: 801.70. This is the lie truth serum. Sodium Pentothal. For accurate results the volunteered subject will volunteer to be induced based on body weight. For more accurate , precise results. It places the subject in a conscious unconscious state of mind. Known as the comfort zone. ( 3.) California Evidence Code: Section: 795. Hypnosis. Given by a licensed state hypnotist . With years of experience. Plus: Credibility. Not known to take bribes or any pay offs. ( 4.) With this mandatory prerequisite : Blood & urine test. To be given by a government licensed toxicologist . ( 5.) This is the last requested mandatory prerequisite for the entire: ( Trinity Of Truth Test ). The volunteered subject must agree verbally and in writing to be completely filmed for the entire : ( Trinity Of Truth Test ), with the mandatory prerequisites, to be posted on : You Tube. For mass millions or potential customers to determine if the subject is being honest or lying? Can consumers around the world conclude if no employees volunteer for the entire : ( Trinity Of Truth Test ) , with the mandatory prerequisites and we do not see them doing the entire : ( Trinity Of Truth Test) with the mandatory requested prerequisites and we don't see them on : You Tube doing the : Entire ( Trinity Of Truth Test ) with the prerequisites to prove they are honest with integrity . Can we then conclude this can show: ( Reasonable Doubt). That can equal guilt in the minds of millions. This is only in reference to all former employees. To also include at will employees that have worked here for three or ten years only.
