Expert tires -Bait and switch
I went to the Dubuque, IA store and Michelle gave me a quote for 4 radial tires. I called the next week and ordered the tires. Two weeks later I inquire of the order status and was told to come in on Wednesday afternoon in person to check if they are on the "Truck". Of course they were not and told to continue this until my tires come in because the tires I ordered are first come fist appointment will get the tires (it doesn't matter if you have ordered them or not, it is up to the customer to chase the "Truck"). I was finally told that the supposive tires that I ordered were not available in any store and probably would not be made anymore. So I asked about a comproble tire for the same price and was told no it would be nuch higher. Yeah it was much higher and not even a comproble tire. The tire I was given the quote for was rated one of the three worst tires by Consumer Reports. Not only that but the same low rated tire is $300.00 cheaper at the local mom and pop gas station.

dont bring your car or truck to Expert Tire and auto center in houma la. if you do you will get scammed out of your money , the owner is Shane Landry / I GOT TOOK FOR $2,000.00 on auto repairs and had car worked on and it didnt make 20 miles down the road ,he came pick it up and told me for another 800.00 bucks he would fix it right WHAT A SCAM THAT BOY RUNS / WHAT eles to do but fix the car myself which i should have done in the frist place . fix it and sold it for 1200.00
