Poor Service!
- This was a terrible experience with weekly service.
- Tech claimed to spot-treat weeds but didn't fertilize.
- They promised a manager; no follow-up.
Not resolved and don’t think the company will respond. Will have to file a complaint with FTC and BBB
He said that he spot treated weeds and never got off of his riding spreader. He never fully covered the full lawn area with fertilizer. My grass never looked this bad in 23 years. I didnt have weeds until i switched to their service.
This was my first try with them and they are terrible! Dont sacrifice a few bucks to go with a slightly cheaper service. Its not worth it! The customer service rep said that they will send out a manager to take care of the problem and I never heard back from anyone.
All around deceptive and will ruin your grass. Look elsewhere!
