Verified Reviewer |Expensify has Horrible Customer Service and Selective Help
Expensify had a great system that NOW lacks customer service. I just signed up for the paid version (again).
I was entitled to such. However, I received nonstop emails from their automated report system. This was an error which they would not help me fix.
They have a system called onboarding where you can schedule a telephone call in the future, but they then cancel it once you pay. They will not answer questions and use a Chat Service that is Beyond useless.
It often takes them 10 minutes or more to reply and then they ask questions without reviewing any issues you submit. There online help refers to selections and menus that dont exist. This is likely the reason its stock has sunk to $2 a share. David created a create product being killed by customer service that seemingly only ask questions so you can give up.
They don't seem to know anything about the account and will not facilitate telephone scheduled customer service which support clearly has. It appears there is some passive aggressive or highly manipulative CSRs that seek to have you write, write, write, but provide nothing of help.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE TO HELP.
THE CHAT IS USELESS.
BEEN PAYING FOR THIS AND STILL CAN'T GET HELP SET UP. AND EVERYONE KEEPS ON GIVING ME DIFFERENT ANSWERS ON HOW TO SOLVE IT.
