Poorly informed agent that insisted 495 euro equalsv247 dollars. We were at a standvstill when I told the agent that wasnt possible. Agent then told me to make my own hotel reservation
Hotel reservation. Needed to tweak date. Was told that would cost 147 dollars even though cancellation was free

Refund
I was directed to the wrong address for Sacramento River cruise.I missed the cruise. Expedia has the wrong directions in their app.
Unfortunately they did not take responsibility. They claimed that is the address given to the by the cruise company
900 9th st is the address on Expedia app

I can't cancel my hotel reservation , through the hotel. You want me to sign in just to cancel a reservation WHY. Why call you, the wait time is ridiculous.

I I have never been so disappointed from a company that treated me so well fall down to the level of such poor service and quality and the worst customer interaction ever please don't even consider them
