Failed to respond to 2 phone calls. Took no notice of queries raised. Failed to solve the problem of wrong documentation on the app so left to go on holiday without being able to access required documentation without the internet.

I like the Exotica
- - No US phone number; only international numbers exist.
- - Istanbul to Paris flight canceled; digital system can't find the April 2026 trip.
I would like to call a number in US and talk to a representative, but there is no phone number. Exotica has numbers in other countries but no US.one of our flight from Istanbul to Paris was canceled, but I cant talk to anyone.
I tried digital, they cant find my trip for April 2026. Frustrating!

I have tried for almost two weeks to get ahold of someone to help me...I've emailed, I've called and either got hung up on or no one answered, chats got unanswered...we're done with them!

- - Bought a deluxe Morocco trip; itinerary had dates but no airline names; hotels rated 4-5 stars; 8-hour JFK layover; deceitful and poor service.

I approved a 'deluxe' travel plan to Morocco leaving Feb.
16. This itinerary had flight dates and times but no airline names. I requested airline names along with other information like the hotels I reviewed from the itinerary that were NOT 4 and 5-star rated hotels. I was assured they were and that I could not change them.
I paid for the trip, but when I received the itinerary, the flight information changed dramatically - an 8-hour layover at JFK - not acceptable. I contacted the salesperson, Michael. Nothing. I contacted customer service via email and telephone.
Hold times were over 45 minutes - all they could do was 'escalate.' They booked us on JetBlue - not an airline I would ever use. The entire experience was horrible. Their customer service was nonexistent; their feeble attempt to 'escalate' produced nothing viable.
I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them. Very deceitful and liars.

I had a difficult time finding a workable phone number to contact customer service to pay the balance of my bill and ask a few questions about the trip. Once I did locate a phone number, I had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes till a representative came on the phone. The agent was very courteous though.

Exoticca Travel is citing their "Terms & Conditions," rather than acknowleging recent onset of medical conditions cited for cancelation for myself, and my husband who was accompanying me, of our booked trip to Portugal Coastal Cities and the Douro Valley, March 19-27, 2025.I have obtained all medical info requested to justify this trip cancelation but DID NOT provided a correct address to mail the data to Exoticca. Very poor customer service!
On multiple dates and times I was NEVER able to talk to Customer Setvice to cancel my trip on March 17-26, 2025! Using their customer service number and directed to someone "who could help with this cancelation, " after wait times of 1 hour + to 2+ hours NO ONE EVER ANSWERED their customer service line waiting, like myself, for taking care of my cancelation!
Due to onset of recent medical problems affecting mobility, I am unable to meet the walking required in my and my husband's trip to Coastal Cities and Douro Valley in Portugal, March 19-27, 2025. Various attempts beginning the end of February were made to cancel this trip once this became known.
But reaching Exoticca customer service, at times being placed on hold and waiting 1 1/2 - 2hrs for customer rep, who never responded, proved both unsuccessful and VERY frustrating! We need to cancel this tour and needed your help in resolving this issue so a claim to our insurance can be made and help to return the cost of the tour to apply to my medical expenses resulting from recent health problems.

Do not book with this bunch of amateurs regardless, the whole booking process was full of lies & deception. Accommodation not superior as paid for.
We are now stranded in Peru, the Exottica help line is utterly pointless, 5 hours into a request for help, they repeatedly cut the conversation, which means we start the merry go around again. They are leaving it to the airline to resolve, the airline are pointing us to Exottica!
