It was hard to get a hold of customer service and I had issues updating my information and it wouldn't verify my payment methods. All in all I ended up having to go through PayPal I was able to pay for my order finally. I got a call three days later from customer service confirming my order
I tried three different cards to make a purchase on a few items of around 40 bucks and all three cards were good but none of them could be verified through your system

I’ve shopped with Exotic Nutrition for years and I can’t believe I got a apology and no offer of refund or replacement of product.But t they have always up until this been a excellent company to get my supplies from.
I ordered a total of 2 bags squirrel . The first bag we just opened a week ago and it has webs in it.
So I opened the bag I received after that one on autoship and it has webs in it too and looks disgusting.These bags both just opened and nothing taken out of them because it has webs in it. I dont want any money back but I paid alot of money for these 2 bags of squirrel complete which I gladly send you photos of

Company told me that the product I bought would fit the cage that I have. I emailed them to be sure after I already ordered it and it hadnt been processed yet and they told me it would not fit. I asked them to cancel the order and it has not even been shipped and theyre still charging me $77 to return it, theyre not willing to work with me on this at all
