Worst Customer Service Department

I have never dealt with a worse company. Their chat service doesn't generate a transcript so you never have a record . They can't find you in their Live Chat system. When you try to originate another chat they don't have a way of verifying you contact them before. Promises to have a manager call never happen. Calls into customer service-NEVER GET PICKED UP. My last two attempts were 60 & 70 minute waits before being disconnected. I've given up and will not purchase another item from Marmot, Ex O or any of their other companies and will be selling all their products I currently own on Ebay. Vote with your dollars and boycott these companies.

Update: I received my items last week (7 months after my returns we accepted) with no communication to my inquiries. My only thought is they must have seen the PC review. Thanks for giving a voice to us.
