I hired EXM Media to complete a site for me. What they delivered to me was a piece of *** It was something my 10 year old nephew could have done. Totally unprofessional and basic template.
They completely oversold their capabilities and based on what they delivered I do not think they even know how to code. Based on my experience, I urge you to keep away from Brian Montgomery. Total fraudsters. When I mentioned I was dissatisfied he started yelling at me and threatening me. I think this guy is a fraudster. Stay away.
So many great developers out there. These guys are not among them.
EXM Media -- You need to talk to them
I came onto this site back in August to read reviews on EXM MEDIA and I was scared into not letting them do my website. I signed a contract instead with 123 Triad and it was a nightmare.
At the end of September I flew out to Orange and had a meeting with Shane and Brian in their office. I straight up told them what I saw on this site scared me out of going with them. They told me the story and I won't go into it here, but it shows that a couple of people on an agenda can really hurt a business. After talking with them in person, seeing their product and what they can do, I was put at ease.
And you know what? The process went extremely smooth! The price was on the low end of the custom web design companies and the guys were friendly and thoughtful. Brian answered my calls on the weekend when I had questions.
If you read bad reviews, I urge you to talk to the guys before you dismiss them.
It made all the different with my site and I owe them to at least say it here. Thanks for saving my website guys!

email of all complaints to friend and law enforcement. Since we

said i wrote a bad check that is a lie! We canceled the check and
filed a law suit Onec we had a chance to review the site and source
files our self and thats when we cancel the check. This is how they
run they scam they say they can do the site and then they claim that
they have done 1000 then its 3000 then its 10,000 then its a hundred.
it they keep talking they will tell on there self. Just look there
business up on the Better BUSINESS BUREAU 10 TO 12 COMPLIANTS IN A
YEAR! And look up the case number on the Orange County Web site at

by the case number this is one of the staps. If they fail to show then
we have already started the process to turn there business and life
around legally! yes we pissed afteer paying these crocks 5,000 and
then getting scam. I shock this crocks hand because I didnt know what
I was getting until we review the site and source file that has there
name and license number. If they keep lying we will release the letter
by the law office of Johnson & Johnson LLP Beverly Hills Ca and email,
check, complaint and law suites filed to a blog that show there are
liars! Bottom line do a fact check and the Devil is in the details.
All the customer aren't lying that claim that yopu rip them off on the
BBB even the ones that stated that you still havent paid the money

Complaint: 08/01/2011: Consumer states, We paid 5000 for a site if you
need more. Here are my attorney.Jjllplaw.Com. Breach of contract and
no communication no marketing or advertising as promise is states on
its site free hosting. But in the contract its not base
Business response: I dont know what to say about this customer, he
really has some major problems. He came into the office and we spent 3
hours walking through his site and his reaction was nothing but amazed
and he was in love. He gave us his final check received the source
files disc and left in a good mood, besides constantly complaining
about not being able to get a hold of his account rep but praising his
project manager, he shook my hand gave me a final check and said good
work. He then proceeded to cancel his check and file BBB complaint, I
found out later that he filed the complaint PRIOR to coming to my
office and approving his entire site and paying the final bill, it
makes no sense the way he acts and NO sense the way he handled his
project. Either way we worked hard for him and gave him exactly what
was in the contract he paid for. He in fact agreed with me that we had
fulfilled our contract when he HANDED ME A CHECK! I'm not sure if he
was trying to get the source files for his software or what but the
way he acted was COMPLETELY contradictory to his statement in the
complaint. On another note he talks about the marketing and hosting
above: the marketing is based on another contract that was based on us
receiving a % of the sites revenue, when he started acting unstable we
called / wrote him and decided not to accept the % as he was difficult
to work with and we would just finish the normal contract (which we
did and he paid for) as far as the hosting: our hosting is offered
free with projects over a specific amount, while he qualified for that
free hosting he decided to decline, he then asked us for a credit upon
declining the free hosting, we explain to him there is NO monetary
value placed on the hosting but a free gesture he can either accept or
decline but in no way does this change the price of his software. He
doesnt seem to understand BASIC instructions or BASIC practices and
questioned every option we gave him, hence our declining his % offer.
SO I have nothing for him, the man paid his bill and accepted his
software when he handed us his final check. So I'm not sure what he
wants, I cant give him something free if he doesn't want it and we
don't want to proceed with his rev share contract, this is completely
our decision to accept or deny a proposed contract, we would have been
more interested if he was not such a difficult client, also just in
case he does not know: his hosting is still active and all he needs to
do is point his domain at our servers to utilize this service, this is
completely up to him but due to his ignorance he has failed to
understand this, either way the account is up until this time next
year.
Consumer rebuttal: Everything they are saying are lies. Is it funny
that in the last two years they have had the same problem with 10
other customers! I will fax over every email between EXM and the email
that was sent by my attorney. What is been said are lies they never
spent 3 hours with me on the site. They never showed me one page of
the site until August 1, 2011. I sent over numerous email asking them
when would I approve design and graphic. My mistake was paying them
such a large amount. Through the process I repeatedly ask them when I
was going to approve each phase. When I hired them to do the job I
told them exactly what I wanted in the site, It got so bad with there
lies and not returning calls I hire a the law office of Johnson &
Johnson to start the process of legal action. The landing page that I
approved wasn't the page they gave us on August 1, 2011. As stated in
the original contract phase 1 the design phase they would begin
production with there design team along with my input phase one was
when I sent a cancel contract email, because they never contacted me
to approve a design are function until I was canceling the contract
after repeatably trying to contact them by phone

deceitful, are office has cameras and I have you on tape for 2 hours
and 48 min. and you agreed to the site and paid us, you NEVER canceled
the contract or you would not have paid the final bill and SHOOK MY
HAND! Everything you say is contradictory and now your simple lying
and trying hurt our business. Your statement about not being able to
get a hold of me is insane as I have records of you calling my
PERSONAL cell phone at all hours of the night, you call at 6am and
expect a response, when I answer and ask you to call back you brag
about being an early riser and state I should be up working, I know
that you don't work for a living and I don't know what your doing up
so early but I do work and even after a 20 hour shift trying to meet
your deadline we never agreed to I would still answer your call. Even
then you complained that you weren't able to get a hold of Shane, but
your talking to me, why did you need to talk to Shane and why should
he then call you back after we spoke? Your demands are ridiculous,
your claims are ridiculous.. Lastly your statement about 10 clients is

Complaint: 02/03/2011: I was promised a custom website. According to
the contract I was to pay a refundable deposit of $1,000 to get the
project started. If I was not satisfied with the mock-up (sample) of
the website I could get 100% of that $1,000 refunded to me. I felt
that I was given a template I could find anywhere instead of a custom
website. Therefore, I was not satisfied and decided to ask for a
refund since we did not make it beyond the mock-up stage instead I was
cursed out, called broke, and they would not refund my money. Since,
then I have tried to contact the company almost everyday via email and
phone calls, but I have not received a response. The matter is plain
and simple, I was guaranteed a refund if I did not move beyond the
mock-up stage. They did not even dispute me on whether or not we made
it pass the mock-up stage, however the designer argued that I should
give him another chance to redo the mock-up. However, when you curse
someone out and try to get over them by giving them a template instead
of a custom website there is no room for second chances.
Business response: Dominique, I didn't give you a template and you
know it I worked with you everyday for weeks. You are purposely trying
to hurt our business after you take advantage of me and my company
when all we did was try to help and give you what you a site that
worked well and looked awesome but you fought me at every turn and
demanded changes then demanded to have it changed back after you
realized that I was right from the first place...bottom line is you
have no taste and don't know what you want. You need to hire a
graphics designer on retainer because you want someone you can boss
around everyday to show you how things look we are professional and
told you that you get 3 mocks when because you could not make up your
mind I was forced to give you 9 mocks constantly changing things that
I told you would not look good or be bad for SEO but you would not
listen, so go make your own site and know that because you could not
be reasonable your site will never get the attention or business you
want, with your over seeing the site will look like a scamming low
class ambulance chasing site instead of what a client can trust, if it
ever gets done. Your loss Ms King and not mine, stop posting multiple
complaints on the same project.
Consumer rebuttal: The website I am referring to is the costume
website. You did one mock-up for the costume website, which I did not
approve. According to the contract I signed if I did not approve the
mock-up for any reason you would refund my money, plain in simple. I
have plenty of reasons why I did not approve the mock-up. It will be
good business for you to honor the contract and apologize for your
rude and unprofessional behavior.
Final business response: Dominique, I sent you the questionnaire on
11/05/2010 and on 11/132010 you stated: "I apologize for taking so
long to get back to you. I have been extremely busy. Marcus really
likes what you have done with the website. Below I listed the minor
changes that we want and once those are made we can approve the
mock-up to go to the final stage. Also, I will try to fill out the
questionaire for the costume website later on today." On 11/20/2010 I
received the questionnaire and started working, I sent you the first
draft for the costume site on 11/25/2010 and received no response from
you until 11/29/2010 and it did not address the costume project, I
addressed the question in 3 emails from 11/25 - 12/6 and when I
received a response you stated "I like it allot, lets get Marcus
completed then we will move on to my site" (referring to the costume
site) so I have a question, how in the world do you think its ok to
pull the plug on a project and demand your money back after all the
hard work we've already done? I know you don't have a realistic answer
for that question because you tried to scam us but its not going to
work, your not going to get your money back and I'll spend 5 times as

Complaint: 01/21/2011: EXM Media agreed to refund us for $800 and kept
putting it off and putting it off. Eventually they wouldn't return
emails or phone calls and we still haven't received the refund.
Business response: 2009 was a long time ago we are in 2011 and I have
NO idea who this customer is or what project he or she is refering to,
please give more details.
Consumer rebuttal: REVISED05/12/11: The company promised us a refund
and is now ignoring this complaint and our calls and emails. The funny
thing is they just tried to add us on Facebook. They obviously know

I have attached the invoice for the cards that were printed wrong and
we were promised a refund on (sent copy to BBB files and company). Let
me know if you need further info. We corresponded with Brian
Montgomery who promised us a refund in April of 2010 and he never sent
the check and eventually stopped returning phone calls and emails.
Final business response: We didn't add you in facebook, most likley it
was an auto mail based on contacts in our email. We already addressed
this issue and just becasue your not happy doesn't mean you can

Complaint: 01/06/2011: I submitted a previous complaint about EXM
Media earlier this evening for my own personal start-up business. I am
filing this separate complaint for the company I am working for.
Since, they are two separate companies I felt they deserved their own
complaint case. I am the Marketing Associate at this company and it
was my job to find a company to design their website at the same time
I needed a website and hired EXM Media a couple of weeks later for
myself (please review 1st complaint for those details). I hired EXM
Media to do a custom web design project for Marcus A. Roberts and
Associates. This was suppose to be a 2wk project, but was never
completed because the mock-up was never to my satisfaction. I would
ask for corrections to be made and they would sometimes take a week or
longer or never get done. Later I uncovered that this mock-up was not
customized after I was searching the Internet looking at free website
templates. That is when I began to understand why the process was
taking so long because EXM Media did not have the experience to do a
customize website as they promised. I asked for a refund based on the
fact that I was not satisfied with the product and it should have been
returned because we never made it beyond the mock-up stage. I was
cursed out, yelled at, called broke, and since then this has yet to be
resolved. I have tried to contact the company via multiple emails and
phones calls, but I have yet to receive a response.
Business response: This is COMPLETELY untrue this customer made us
work for weeks every day to the point where I would come into work in
the morning dreading to open my email for the chance that she had yet
ANOTHER change on the homepage alone of her site, now she is finding
any reason to try and get her money back, also we delivered within 2
weeks but she had change after change after change over and over
again. The day she "fired" us was the day I was going to tell her we
were done either way. She is trying to take advantage of our company
and shes trying to do it twice. I will not alow this to happen and she
has more then enough graphics to make up for her deposit.
Consumer rebuttal: It is unfortunate that the only way I was able to
get a response from EXM Media was by reporting them to the BBB. This
shows once again their lack of professionalism and poor quality in
customer service since they failed to get back with me directly. As I
mentioned before this was suppose to be a two week project, however,
the Mock-up was never to my satisfaction so it needed to be revised
multiple times. This company was not being paid by the hour for this
project so it does not matter if they spent hours, days, or months on
it. The agreement was….And it is stated in the signed contract that
they would do a customized web site for us for $1,000. We would pay
$400 upfront which is refundable if for any reason if we do not
approve the Mock-Up. The mock-up was not approved for multiple reasons
1) We did not like 2) It was a template (Not Customized) 3) They could
not make the changes we requested. Once again, I would like my refund
of $400 and an apology.
Final business response: Wrong again Ms King, you know there was no
"template" used that custom design came from your mind and my hand and
you worked us half to death and then demanded money back after
receiving 9 different site designs. She will never get a refund,

Complaint: 10/04/2010: Suburban Noize Records - Paid in full, site is
not finished. It's been 9 months. Motozania - Paid 50% deposit.
Project was never started. It's been 2 months. Gecko Drive - Paid in
full. Project was never finished in full. It's been 7 Months. Boston
Eyes - Paid in full. Project was never finished completely. It's been
over 3 months. I have pulled them off of all projects and contracted
someone more competent to finish the projects. The refund I am
requiring is taking into consideration the work they had already done.
Business response: I thought I replied to this but just in case I
didn't, the work was done as promised on Sub Noz and James client
continued to add to it costing our company thousands of dollars as we
did not want to lose a valued client we kept working until James asked
me to stop and he would finish it himself after hiring one of our star
employees (he didn't need us) Motozania project he decided not to
continue after giving us a deposit and the money he owed for several
other projects would eat that refund. Gecko Drive was completed in
full and then we did extra to keep his client happy 3 months after the
client approved and paid final balance. Boston Eyes was completed in
full and never paid out. The client is only filing this because he
owes us a great deal of money from other sites we created for him for
his clients, these sites are on the internet and working yet we have
not gotten paid for them. James had no problem at all until he was
under the impression that we tried to steal a client which has never
and will never happen.
Consumer rebuttal: Wow. You have some nerve claiming that you have
completed these projects. We'll put it this way. I have ALL the
documents of the proposal that YOU signed listing all the details of
the project for Sub Noize. You were far from complete and I have
proof. I finally took you off of the project because I felt you were
incapable of completing the project at all (I did give you 9 months
when it was supposed to take only 3 months max). You did not complete
the project according to our contract. In addition, I have always paid
either deposits or in full even if the project was incomplete hoping
and assuming that in good faith, you would complete the project. Gecko
drive was never finished, even though the client DID pay in full. You
know as well as I do that the client never approved of the final
outcome and the project was never finished. The fact they paid in full
doesn't fulfil your end of the contract, only theirs. You owe me money
for this project. Motozania: I paid you a $200 deposit. 1.5 months
past and you didnt even start it!!! I pulled you off that project as
well because it is quite obvious you cannot deliever. I want that
deposit back.
Final business response: James Wier is lieing completly and using the
BBB to undermine his NOW competition (EXM Media) after he stole one of
our best developers from us and stiffing us on the last 5 projects
stating that he was broke and was waiting for funds then stealing one
of our developers that we were having a hard time paying due to the
fact that James had stiffed us 6 times he then files a completly false
report to undermine us

Complaint: 09/15/2009: A mistake was done by the company in which they
sent one t-shirt when 2 were ordered. I had called the company at
714-277-**** 3-4 times since May 2009 to inform them of the problem. I
merely requested that they send the second shirt. I had spoken to an
employee whose name I could not remember. He assured me on 2 separate
phone calls that the second shirt would be sent to my home. He
provided me with a unclear excuse as to why the shirt could not be
sent immediately. The company has been made aware of the problem and
had sent me an email dated 6/12/09 stating that they could rectify the
mistake. It referenced a phone number and provided 2 point of contact
names, Zerena or Ryan. Everytime a call is placed to that number,
there is no answer in which a recording asks for me to leave a
message. To date, the shirt has not been delivered and the company
does not answer my emails.
Business response: EXM Hosting is not Vastees, that company was ran by
an employee and has nothing to do with us. heres a suggestion, just
call your cc company and issue a chargeback, and you will get your
money back. thanks, and we expect this complaint to be completly
striken as its not even the same company.
Consumer rebuttal: It's interesting that this company says it has
nothing to do with vastees. Yet the vastees website states that your
credit card will be charged to EXM The vastees website is
http://startrekshirt.com/index.php which appears to up and running.
However, the links to track an order or to discuss a mistake are not
functioning. The email provided to contact the company (which is
info@***.com) is also not functioning. I attempted an email this
morning and the postmaster returned my mail as undeliverable. The
website also provides a phone number of 714-900-**** which I attempted
to call this morning. A message machine picked up with the name of Don
or John Thompson instructing to leave a message without identifying
whether this number is indeed a company. I am still getting nowhere
with these people.
Final business response: www.startrekshirts.com is a seperate
franchise, vastees has been revoked an there assets sold off, EXM
Media was and is only a supporting site development company that helps
with design, managment and processing, please take my advise and
remove this complaint then call your credit card company and dispute
the charge, they will refund your money almost instant because the
company authed instant refunds. Good Luck

Complaint: 08/20/2009: After a nightmare with this company I gave up
on a refund of my 1000, I was told I had hosting for 1 year starting
June 2008, since the site was never completed as promised (30) days,
which took 9 months for a shopping cart to have the wrong shipping
cost and a horrible explanation of how to adjust the cost and time of
shipping of my products I gave up,I called on July 1st and requested
the site to be removed from the Internet, qxcomputers.com, it has my
BBB logo and contact info which I have since changed due to the
business practices of EXM, they are using the home page of my
qxcomputers.com site for there own portfolio on exmmedia.com site, I
want the site removed from there site and shut down, I went with
another web developer who finished the job when promised and did the
job correctly www.quantumxcomputers.com
Business response: We have already responded to this gent. and we will
waste no more time on it, this has already been resolved 3 times he is
simply trying to hurt our rating. Also his new site is HORRID and not
even half of what we did for him, also because I lost 4 grand on his
project the site at qxcompters.com which is owned by us will stay
until expiration. Period.

fact and they have not been resolved, the first complaint was removed
by me, I removed it only based on what I was told by EXM and the
actions they promised to correct the problem, they seemed more worried
about the BBB rating than the consumer,so I removed the first
complaint.The problem was never resolved as promised, this company did
not design a site better than the current one I have!! The company
orbot design did exactly what they said they would do, and it turned
out very nice, EXM took 9 months Orbot took 1.5 months to complete the
work, why would I pay another company to do the work if EXM did such a
wonderful job, it should be obvious that I was taken advantage
of!!After doing some research I found some comments in the BBB write a
review section, Vastees is an affiliate of the company they are are
writing reviews about each one of there own companies, it's a shame
that I a consumer had to spend the 1000.00 recieve a product that did
not function and have my company info on there portfollio, The BBB
should not be decieved By these people, they should not be able to
maintain any rating but below normal.
Final business response: Final response, we spent 7000 trying to
complete this mans project to no avail. This complaint was resolved
and he just keeps opening it, he will not get his money back and the
site that took 1.5 months should have taken 3 days. It has none of the
features that we gave him regardless of how much better the site we
made looks. So bottom line is: we gave him a site that was 500 times
better and out of pure spite he decided to go somewhere else and
demand his money back, if you didn't like the site (even tho you
praised it) you shouldn't have paid the rest of the balance, that
simple. In fact if you can prove that your current site has the CMS
that ours did or even like it then I will proudly give you back every
cent, even tho the one we designed looked so much better. I don't know
if you know this but the owner of this company paid 2 of the 7 grand
from his own pocket on change after change for this man. Thats it, you
prove that your current site has any of the same features ours did and
ill refund you. period. I would like to see a real checkout on your
site and not the shady looking page you have now, you wont get a
single sale from that site.
12/23/2008 Delivery Issues View Details Additional Notes
Complaint: 12/23/2008: CabezaLab contracted EXM Hosting for the
creation of a sophisticated flash-based website within a month. A
deposit of 50% ($700) was paid using PayPal (Receipt #
5494-71**-**94-8177) on 08-12-08, so the deadline for completion was
09-12-08. By the deadline, only 1 mock up of the home page was
completed. By 10-20-08, only mock ups of the home page were delivered
and they were all "canned" designs, not the sophisticated design
promised. Contract cancellation was requested but EXM decided to keep
the $700 deposit. It is worth noting that EXM does simple website
designs with many pages for about $1000, but they kept $700 for making
3 mock up designs of a single page. At any rate, EXM was in violation
of the contract by the time they delivered the 2nd mock up.
Business response: EXM provided 3 designs within the aloted deadline
and were never aproved, I informed the client that we would recreate
or modify existing designs but the client informed us he would rather
have his money back, when he signed the contract he agreed to our
terms of agreement which can be seen here:

payments our non-refundable, reason being is time spent on designing
his sites overly exceeded deposits.
Consumer rebuttal: I provided feedback about the mock-ups but the
results never approached the sophisticated designed promised. At any
rate, at the speed in which the mock-up were generated (mock-ups of
the home page *only* every few weeks) it was completely impossible
that the website would be completed within a reasonable time.
Moreover, the quality of the mock-ups, which were only 'canned'
websites was not the high-end website using flash which was promised.
As I noted before, it is not possible that the $700 were spend in a
few mock ups because during initial conversations EXM offered a
*complete* website with several pages (without flash) for about $1000.
So, a few mock-ups (without flash) could not have costed $700.
Final business response: Robert Said - "the mock-ups, which were only
'canned' websites" EXM Media Response - First off they weren't
mockups, they were design layouts and no they were not canned, Robert
just looked for a reason to break his contract. Robert Said -As I
noted before, it is not possible that the $700 were spend in a few
mock-ups because during initial conversations EXM offered a *complete*

Response -First off, Robert needs to stop using the work mockup; we do
not produce mockups and are proudly a part of www.no-spec.com.
Secondly, our complete website for 1000 is not premium graphics as
stated in our contract, and Robert has NO IDEA how much we pay our
employees so how can he speak, bottom line is: It doesn't matter if we
paid our employees .50 an hour our terms clearly state: No refunds of
advance payments will be given under any circumstances unless at our
discretion. That said, using our discretion we decide that a refund is
not prudent, furthermore we will be pursuing legal action for the

Complaint: 08/20/2009: After a nightmare with this company I gave up
on a refund of my 1000, I was told I had hosting for 1 year starting
June 2008, since the site was never completed as promised (30) days,
which took 9 months for a shopping cart to have the wrong shipping
cost and a horrible explanation of how to adjust the cost and time of
shipping of my products I gave up,I called on July 1st and requested
the site to be removed from the Internet, qxcomputers.com, it has my
BBB logo and contact info which I have since changed due to the
business practices of EXM, they are using the home page of my
qxcomputers.com site for there own portfolio on exmmedia.com site, I
want the site removed from there site and shut down, I went with
another web developer who finished the job when promised and did the
job correctly www.quantumxcomputers.com
Business response: We have already responded to this gent. and we will
waste no more time on it, this has already been resolved 3 times he is
simply trying to hurt our rating. Also his new site is HORRID and not
even half of what we did for him, also because I lost 4 grand on his
project the site at qxcompters.com which is owned by us will stay
until expiration. Period.
Consumer rebuttal: The BBB has only recieved the compliants based on
fact and they have not been resolved, the first complaint was removed
by me, I removed it only based on what I was told by EXM and the
actions they promised to correct the problem, they seemed more worried
about the BBB rating than the consumer,so I removed the first
complaint.The problem was never resolved as promised, this company did
not design a site better than the current one I have!! The company
orbot design did exactly what they said they would do, and it turned
out very nice, EXM took 9 months Orbot took 1.5 months to complete the
work, why would I pay another company to do the work if EXM did such a
wonderful job, it should be obvious that I was taken advantage
of!!After doing some research I found some comments in the BBB write a
review section, Vastees is an affiliate of the company they are are
writing reviews about each one of there own companies, it's a shame
that I a consumer had to spend the 1000.00 recieve a product that did
not function and have my company info on there portfollio, The BBB
should not be decieved By these people, they should not be able to
maintain any rating but below normal.
Final business response: Final response, we spent 7000 trying to
complete this mans project to no avail. This complaint was resolved
and he just keeps opening it, he will not get his money back and the
site that took 1.5 months should have taken 3 days. It has none of the
features that we gave him regardless of how much better the site we
made looks. So bottom line is: we gave him a site that was 500 times
better and out of pure spite he decided to go somewhere else and
demand his money back, if you didn't like the site (even tho you
praised it) you shouldn't have paid the rest of the balance, that
simple. In fact if you can prove that your current site has the CMS
that ours did or even like it then I will proudly give you back every
cent, even tho the one we designed looked so much better. I don't know
if you know this but the owner of this company paid 2 of the 7 grand
from his own pocket on change after change for this man. Thats it, you
prove that your current site has any of the same features ours did and
ill refund you. period. I would like to see a real checkout on your
site and not the shady looking page you have now, you wont get a
single sale from that site.
AND THESE ARE THE ONES THAT ARE ON FILE CHECK THE CMPLIANT SITES YOU
WILL SEE OURS COMPLIANTS WHERE THEY HAVE STOLEN WEB SITE AND DESIGN!

EXM Media Scams & Brian Montgomery Fraud
Exm Media is a fraud company run by an fraudster Brian Montgomery. He has a partner called Donold Henson who is extremely shady and has done frauds.
They hire cheap designers from India to work on your website. They do not refund your money and use templates. Try talking to Brian about a refund and he flips and curses out. If you personally meet Brian, you will know what kind of shady person he is.
They write fake good reviews about themselves all over the internet to hide several BBB complaints they have. They will lie to you that they have done 10,000 websites and they are good. You will only know too late when you sign them up.
Stay away from them. They are being exposed and will be exposed until they stop their shady practices and remove the fake review websites they run.
I have lost several thousand dollars with them and I will not let anybody else go through the pain I am going through.
Save your hard earned money and stay away from EXM Media web design, Brian Montgomery and Donold Henson.

Hey Sheron "Ron" you are UNBELIEVABLE man, you came to my office and walked through your complete site and then SHOOK my hand and said "Thanks" shorlty after talking to you obviously *** tech friend (if hes not imaginary) you decided your didn't want to pay and bounced your check, then started writing bad reviews. I'm not sure what your game is but why sign off on your project, pay your last payment, then shake my hand if you weren't happy with your site?? Heres another tidbit for all the readers, he claims to have reported us to the FBI and the FTA, besides the ludicrousness of that statement I hope you realize that the FTA is the: Federal Transit Administration. I'm not sure what the FTA has to do with designing a website but it just shows that your completely out of it. Also, you didn't file a law suit and what your doing by lying to people and telling them you did is called "Slander". Another note Ron: it wasn't 3 months late, it was delivered in 3 months over a month ahead of schedule, if it was 3 months late then by your math you should have had a custom social network the day you signed your contract. I urge ANYONE that has doubts to call this man and ask him direct questions and listen to him talk. Also Ron, please send us our summons or what FBI office you "reported" us to, because its complete nonsense, you cant sue because we followed the contract to the letter. Please note the following:
A few points I would like to point out, you claim to hire a "real" development team for your new site and state that they have 25 employees, thats wonderful and I would like the name if this company because I think your lying. That statement also insinuates we are NOT a real company, granted we don't have 25 employees (we only have 9) and we you insinuate we don't have real customers.
I urge ANYONE that wants a client list to email me at: brian@***.com and I will GLADLY give you a list of hundreds of clients that have allowed us to list them as references.
I also urge ANYONE that wants to meet us in person to come to our office in orange to see our small team and get a feel for us in person, were good people and great designers, we have hundreds of amazing reviews and testimonials and will gladly give you real contact info to back them up.

Yes Tina, the good people at CB gave me your email and the good people (my friends) at Host Gator gave me your real name, you cant hide behind the internet anymore, you are now the one "EXPOSED" as a (non) competing company / designer pissed that EXM Media took your clients because were better then you are, were better designers, better coders, and a far better people with the data to back it up.
