Damaged vehicle!!!

AI Highlights
  • - Valet parking damaged the car and the customer had to fix it.
  • - They don't answer emails and only return calls after threats to BBB; avoid.

DO not use!!! They will damage vehicle and refuse to fix it!

Valet - so they park it - damage it - and you fix yourself. DO NOT USE!!! They don't answer emails, and return phone calls only after threatning to contact BBB. DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!! Avoid. Very unhappy.

I would avoid at all costs. You car is worth more. And there are companies closer to airport. "Their insurance won't allow them to fix your damage".

EXECUTIVE VALET = FLAT TIRE, NO RESOLUTION

AI Highlights
  • - Used Executive Valet in Suffield for a Disney trip; advertised extra services.
  • - Amber called about a flat tire and replacement; no GM response.

We used Executive Valet in Suffield, Ct when we went on our first ever trip to Disney. The were recommended and their website mentioned all these extra services.

How great would it be to get into a warmed up car on a chilly day? Thats the awesome treatment I was excited about. They sounded great!!!...until they werent. While in Florida, the day before we were to head back home we got a call from Amber, the claims manager, saying there was a flat on my car.

Odd I thought, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Whos to say we didnt run over the steroid ridden screw that made a home in my tire. We authorize the flat to be put on and get on with vacation. Once home I get to thinking, there would have been a warning light alerting us of a problem with a tire.

I check my pics taken of my dash cluster (to keep track of miles put on and gas used)- odd, no warning light. I tried calling Amber, fancy- shes never available. I ask if theres cameras. Im told no and explain why im asking.

Im told their parking lot is paved and wouldn't have things like screws in it. I almost laughed out loud at how ludacris that was to say. After trying Amber several times, of course just missing her, I emailed the GM, guess what...no response from her either. Whats the point of having a claims dept if you cant file a claim?!

So $159 later for a brand new tire (since they were idiotic enough to drive on a flat, no toubt with the bright orange tire alert light flashing on the dash- there was sidewall damage that couldnt be fixed.) I am beyond pissed at the absolute disregard for MY property and will discourage anybody from using them. Its been over 3 months, still no response.

How awesome. DO NOT USE THEM!
