Worst moving company ever

If I could give negative stars I would. My experience with Executive moving is like a broken record of all the other reviews: almost double the quote once they had my items, over a month to deliver, despite the 5-7 day quote.

Items broken when delivered. Most importantly to me is the missing artwork. EVERY SINGLE SIGNED PIECE. They didn't even deliver all the boxes of artwork.

Every box that was delivered was opened and resealed. We are talking thousands of dollars which was to help with college expenses. After repeated calls and lies, I was told to file an insurance claim- another joke.

I did file with BBB and the FMCSA but that also was a waste of time. So like almost every other review- RUN from this company!!!

My school supplies that were stolen is going to affect my grades. Fashion notebook, took 3 years to complete is worth 500 points towards graduation.

My supplies I use to make my designs, 20 years of building. My Air Mac, printer, total gym and all of my work out DVDs. Coin collection, kids shoes and clothes, my shoes etc.

And... The fact I have someone else's personal stuff.

I did NOT hire these people, I booked my pick up from International Van lines! Who then hired and contracted this lousy company!

A move that was just supposed to cost me $1,600.00 these people charged me $9,897.00, to relocate me from Las Vegas, NV to Long Beach, CA. The lost my house hold goods, my stuff was opened rummage through, with valuables stolen, (coin collection, Air Mac, printer, all of my fashion school materials, designs, sewing machine, 13 and 16 years old school uniforms, my shoes, kids shoes, Total gym and 17 DVDs, and more).

But the real thing is I have some else's name, SSN, all of her degrees, HS diploma, BA, MBA, Doctorate, personal references, letters of recommendation, her scrubs, banking and insurance (medical and life). I will find her, and we are going to sue this horrible company.

Horrible!!!

My son contacted a company to move his antique pool table. That company brokered these people to do the moving.

The pool table arrived without two of the legs. This was the first of May. He tried contacting them several times through phone and email. No one would ever return his call.

He finally filed a claim, which we were told could take up to six months. I contacted the company today to see if I could get someone. The first phone call I spoke with a woman who did attempt to help us because she thought she had the legs. She sent a picture to my son, but it wasn't them.

I then asked for a manager. I was put on hold for several minutes, then disconnected. I called again and was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for six minutes and they never checked back.

I called again and was put on hold and disconnected. Fourth time might be a charm...finally get to talk to someone who claimed to be the manager. When she answered the phone I thought she said her name was Tonya (didn't write it down), but she definitely didn't sound like a manager. I proceeded in elevated not so nice tones to relay everything that had transpired, and wanted to know what they were going to do to remedy the problem.

She stated that we should file a claim. I told her that we wanted the legs to the table. She refused to have anyone look for them because their facility is 50,000 square feet, and that would be too big an effort. I pointed out that they hadn't even apologized to my son for losing this.

She said I should apologize to her service girls for talking to them the way I had, and stated that she had recordings of me using the "B" word five times with one of the girls. I told her the only thing I had done was to elevate my voice. I hadn't sworn, name called, or done anything but state facts. I then asked her to please put the girl on the phone and play the recordings so I could hear where I had said that (I hadn't said that so I knew she wouldn't do it).

At this point she said she would listen them later. I then told her I would be happy to blast them on social media for the horrible company they were. I've never had a company treat their customers so bad. Once I got online, I noticed that they have many, many negative comments.

No Surprise!

Guess our antique pool table will just be devalued because of their negligence and unprofessionalism. Oh yeah, when I asked her name again at the end she paused and said Sarah.

Today I finally have an estimated delivery date, that is still going to take another week. My son and have started school, I have also gone back to work.

Need my work equipment, and my school supplies (that are too expensive) to replace, especially considering I have paid $10,000.00 for a Las Vegas, NV To Long Beach, CA move.

Again I am looking for an attorney. I was extremely overcharged!

I have been charged $10,000.00 for a move from Las Vegas to Long Beach, CA. I have been in my place for 3 weeks now!!

They are paid in full, Not returning phone calls, or answering emails. I still don’t have a projected delivery date. I am more that mad, angry and frustrated.

Anyone knows of an attorney please let me know. My move/contract original total cast was supposed to be $1,600.00

I have paid $10,000.00 for a Las Vegas, NV to Long Beach, CA. I was quoted $1,600.00 for the move and $275.00 per month for storage.

Well Storage went up $775.00 a month for 5 months. I had to pay in full, now it is 3 weeks and I still don’t have my stuff. Tiffany is a lair and the truth ain’t in her. Now she’s always away from her desk, not returning emails.

I want an attorney!!!

I've had a lawyer, filed a police report, filed with ntsb, nobody is doing anything against this company. I think we need a class action lawsuit

Worst experience I've ever had

I recently moved from California to Connecticut. This company tried to squeeze me for more money every step of the way.

First they missed the day that they were supposed to pick up my stuff, then the driver said he couldnt lift any more than 100 pounds. Next he loaded all but my dining room table and demanded another 700 dollars. We ended up leaving the table. Then he added 100 dollars to the bill for no reason.

My furniture was supposed to arrive in 7 days, it wasn't. When questioned the agent gave me attitude saying they have 30 days to deliver. When my stuff was finally scheduled for delivery the driver told me I needed to pay 350 dollars more to transfer to a smaller truck. He finally settled for 100 dollars.

When my stuff was finally deliver it was trashed and smashed and missing my tv, pots and pans, fire tv, and my dvd player. I then filed a claim with their insurance and was denied after being told that they were only liable for 60 cents a pound. Who buys TV's by the pound? BEWARE!!

THIS COMPANY IS AS CROOKED AS THE DAY IS LONG! FROM THE BROKER (ALL MOVINGUSA) to the movers(EXECUTIVE MOVING)

I have had dozens of folks contact me about this company after posting my review. It shows that I am not the only person/family whose life was affected by hiring them.

I have meticulously read through all of the reviews and can say that I have had the exact same problem as all others. I DIDN'T read these BEFORE my move because MY mover...ARROW-MOVING (TRUCKING) company is who I actually hired...swore up , down and sideways that they were NOT brokering out my move.

That my move would be on two 26', DEDICATED to my move, trucks. Joseph said I could write my name on tape across the doors and the same two trucks would show up at delivery. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! I didn't know my things had been transferred to a semi until I called days later and found out my things were sitting in a warehouse in Vegas waiting for another household to load onto my semi.

I ended up having THREE other homes on my truck. The damages were countless. They stole every one of my husbands crow bars, his refrigerator dolly, his flat four wheel dolly and countless tools. We were told by one of our actual movers that the warehouse in Vegas is a free for all for their employees to "shop" from your items.

He said they are all on camera but nobody cares to watch. So all of you who have had similar problems..well all of you...the thing to do is to complain to DOT using their DOT number..209**** fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-yo…. I was told this is the only place that will hit them in the heart. Also complain to Consumer Affairs.

Executive. BE POSITIVE the company you hire is the company who shows up.how could I know Executive was this bad since I had NO IDEA I had hired them..because I didn't! So find out who is actually moving you! My salesperson, JOE M (JUNIOR) probably doesn't exist.

(Alias) He bad mouthed another company called Revolution Moving Systems after I talked with their sales rep, a girl who called herself SARAH. WOW, just wow...after going back and forth between Joseph and Sarah trying to decide which company to go with, Joseph was the "better talker" and won my business. This only happened because when I blocked Sarah from calling me, she called me from her daughters cell phone (JADE) and when I looked that number up on Facebook what do I find? Sarah and Desiree are one and the same!!!!

Desiree is a person who had MANY bad reviews with Revolution Moving Systems so I am now thinking she has an alias! So, bottom line folks, the salespeople at the company you thought you hired talk a good game and simply SELL, pulling your heart stings and getting into your personal life. They RELATE to you, reeling you in. Talk about your family all while laughing at you behind your back.

Promises never kept. When it is all over and you are ready to put a bullet in your brain, they conveniently disappear off the face of the earth. If any of you have dealt with a Joseph M, know him or know where I can find him..I would happily fly to Vegas to deal with him face to face. He related to me about my older mom who I was taking care of, my four dogs I rescued, all the stresses of life I was going through...took the whole thing personal while he LIED about everything.

Top it off, he has over 20 phone numbers but now he can't be reached at any of them. Here are some...and you will find that all of the customer service people...Tiffany, Karen, Jessica, Kassie and Kayla (THE MANAGER) all sit in the same little office and not ONE of them knows who Joseph is???HE booked my move with them so how could they not!? They are all very good at what they do..LIE! .

(this is really Sarah as verified by her FB photo and a business person who knows her and said she is a liar. 877-939-**** WEST COAST MOVERS directly from Desiree's FB page So, I have done a lot of research and will NOT stop.

This is scandulous and puts so many good people through so much heartache. PLEASE message me and jump on my bandwagon if you want to try to all get together and actually DO something. All the negative reviews .only encourage them to disappear and close down, then to reopen under another name doing the same thing. UPDATE ..we are DAILY opening boxes to find everything damaged, borken, shattered or STOLEN.

NOT missing. STOLEN..AMMUNITION, dollies, fishing poles, exepensive regulators, tools, weights. Too much damage to even mention.

Preferred solution: FULL refund for STOLEN items and reimbursement for expenses from them being three days late on pick up (BREACH) of $1500 I had to pay new owners!

Executive Moving and Storage and CSI Pros what a Joke!

We moved from Indiana to Arizona and what a nightmare experience! Stay clear of Executive Moving and Storage- CSI pros handles their claim process, they are not much better.

They showed up in a Budget truck for pickup and delivered in a Mayflower truck- they don't even have their own vehicles. Before the budget truck arrived, there was a guy parked in our apt. complex parking lot smoking a joint in his car. When the Budget truck arrived, he got out and he was one of the guys moving our stuff!

The price increased 4 times before the truck ever left the parking lot! They lost 21 boxes, a 12x20 outdoor carpet, a floor lamp, and numerous items. Multiple items were broken, including our 55 inch Smart TV. The frame was bent and the LCD screen cracked- ruined.

At 60 cents a pound insurance, that covers nothing! This moving company is careless, reckless and even worse- they called me the next day to see if I had someone elses scooter! CSI Pros handles their claim process, after spending an hour and a half to 2 hours uploading pictures, bill of lading etc... they denied my claim stating they didnt have any proof.

After emailing them, they stated they took the information the carrier gave them, and didn't even bother looking at all the information I provided. Thus, I had to fight with them too! Initially, they offered me a little over 100.00, at the end of the day, after my complaining and fighting with CSI Pros, they offered me a measley 591.00 if I would agree to stop filing complaints and writing bad reviews, I told them to take their money and shove it!

I'd rather write my reviews and file my complaints in order to keep others from experiencing what I did with this company! Stay clear of Executive Moving and Storage, unethical, poor business practices, you'll be sorry if you hire them!
