We bought over $30k of furniture here about a year ago. After a year, the furniture quality is OK - no better or worse than most places - the same veneer over particle board everyone else has (desk, shelves, dresser).
The mattress has been awesome, admittedly. But here's the thing - avoid the useless warranty crap. They pitch it hard, telling you it will repair or replace your furniture no matter what happens to it. I call BS.
We got a tear on our couch within a month of purchase, file a claim, waited for response, filed again, were told we then filed to late, appealed with evidence of first timely claim and won, and have been 'waiting on parts' for over a year. If anyone from Exclusive Furniture wants to reach out to me, feel free - my info is on file - David Cribbs.

This is the review I left. I would like to know how you have 4.8 stars with so many bad reviews and why you stopped responding to bad reviews, was it too overwhelming?
I recently purchased a fairly expensive leather couch with powered recliners from Exclusive Furniture.
I made it known to them that I needed the recliners to run on battery packs because I have no walls to put it against for electrical outlets. The recliners work on batteries just a SLIGHT issue. The chaise which is uncomfortable if not reclined is completely sealed and you are unable to put a battery in without cutting open the bottom of your couch. Which would void the warranty you pay for.
J the salesman and Greg the manager were suppose to see what could be done about it but it has been a couple months and very little communication has taken place, except to make excuses. I should have known not to purchase from some place that will not take returns for any reason. They obviously know their products have issues. FYI don't buy furniture here unless you want to have issues that won't ever be resolved.
I would guess all the great reviews are family members or people they paid!

Poor Customer Service
I purchased a living room set including a recliner in October on 2019. In June the electrical on my recliner stopped working.
Since I purchased the warranty I called them to file a claim. I was told to send in a warranty claim including pictures which I did the same day. A month later they sent out a tech to take pictures again. He told me he would send them in and they would order the part that was not working.
I called them 4-5 weeks later since no one had called or came by to fix the chair. I was told that the parts had not been ordered and they would order them now (which never happened). I waited and waited and still nothing. In August a customer service rep from Exclusive called me and said since it was during the first year that they take care of the warranty items.
She asked me to email her pictures of what was wrong with my recliner. So I did that day (since I already had them from June when I sent then to other warranty company). A few weeks later a tech comes out and what does he do he takes pictures again (4 sets of pictures at this point and still a broken chair). He told me he would order the parts that day and it would take 2-4 weeks to come in.
I called in September to find out the status of the parts and was told they were ordered on August 14th and would not be in until November (Due to Covid). I called back on September 17th to speak with a manager (Emily) and explained my frustrations. I asked her if she would just put in a request for an exchange on my chair. She told me she would ask and let me know the next day.
Today is almost a week later and still have not heard anything. I would NEVER purchase anything from Exclusive Furniture again. They have the WORST customer service.
My recliner does not work without the electrical box working. So I have had a chair that was not cheap for almost a year and 8 months in it stops working and I cannot get it repaired or replaced.

Feel like cheated
Hi,
I procured furniture from Exclusive furniture and financed through Synchrony Bank (Exclusive furniture offered) and they said that offer is for 5 year for zero free interest and hence I asked them to set up accordingly. Recently I got a bill from Synchrony bank for Interest amount 1400$.
When I contacted the Exclusive furniture they said that the promotion was for 2 years and not 5 years. I tried to explain to them that if the promotion was for 2 years than why I will keep the monthly payment across 5 years and not 2 years but they asked me to reach out to Bank.
When I called Synchrony Home they said that my promotion ended and since I did not pay the full amount -( Let me tell that I was still paying them minimum payment as per automatic payment set up) and hence they charged interest for 1400$ for last 2 years. I told them that first thing no one informed about this condition and again as always they kept on saying I have to pay.
My furniture cost is 2000 and they ask me to pay interest for 1400$.
They are making money by cheating customer and that too in the Covid situation when people are already dealing with bigger crisis and these companies was not to make money by forcing them to pay something which was not genuine.
I told them that if Bank would have called me I would have paid the total amount as I was in impression that have 5 years of promotion.
Bank asked me to again talk to Exclusive furniture..and this was going back and forth. I offered to Bank that I can pay their principle 100% now and they can close the account but instead they said I still need to pay the Interest
I cannot pay 1400 interest for 2000$ furniture and hence asked Bank to do what they feel good but I am not paying any interest.
Seriously these people are forcing people in depression and tension.
