Its been two months since I bought a Honda Odyssey because I needed a mini van for my family from exclusive auto group in Newark New Jersey at 411 Mulberry street . When I bought the van I noticed some bumps and scratches on the van and I asked one of the sellers by the name Allan are these scratches and bumps will be fixed and ,he said yes to me he is also the one who makes the signingcontact documents . I went back to the dealership to see what they can do about it . One of their sellers gave me the address where They can do the body shop for the mini van that I bought from them , on January 17th 2020 I went to the body shop store to get my mini van fixed and the body shop repairer called them to let them know that Im at the body shop. They pretended not to recognized me even though I gave them my name and the vin number they told me I have to come to the dealership when I got there one of the sale representative now recognizes me and said no to me that I have to pay in my own packet I said to to him youre *** and he get mad and cussing at by saying quote get the *** out of my property and threaten me with fist fighting gestures lets take it outside poke my shoulder and my arm . I found that very disrespectful violate my rights as a customer and not keeping the their words wanted to fight me and kicked me out of their office
