Very poor aervice and satisfaction
The product is massively overpriced and the sales team is not interested in you as a customer at all. They only want your money.
Clear lack of responsibility as you are passed from pillar to post.
You will need the support team but they will not answer the phone so service is very slow and dragged out. Completely overpriced, felt like a shambles
