I want to prevent other people from being scammed by this company.

The company does not acknowledge any wrongdoing.
In the beginning, I thought this agent was a good agent. She told me she had been an agent for several years. I later found out, she had only been an agent for less than one year. I located a home, and this agent told me there were other people interested in the home and told me to put in an offer.
I told her I was not interested in putting in an offer because I hadn't seen the home. This agent assured I could always back out the deal of I didn't like the home. I put in an offer against my better judgment. I later found there were repairs needed that I was not ready to pursue.
I told said agent I was no longer interested, and she stated it was too late. This agent assured I could request funds for repairs. We signed documents requesting funds for repairs. The sellers agreed.
The agent did not follow through, and when the home closed, the agent told me I would not be receiving funds for repairs. She was nonchalant about the situation, and told me just to call a contractor. I am now in a home that needs over 20,000 00 in repairs. DO NOT TRUST EXCELLENCE REALTY.
