They installed my system. I need my supplies

They don't respond to calls.i need supplies I was told that I would receive products free for 6 years. They don't add salt or water testing as stated. It is 3 years since they installed my system. Not happy at all Bad way to do business. I'm sorry that I ever dealt with them I wouldn't recommend them at all

Scam with horrible service

A month ago I am very disappointed with Excel Water Systems and its products we purchased a brand-new waters system and a softener 3 days ago. We had nothing but problems, with the installation and maintenance. The installers did a horrible job that caused damage to my roof because one of the pipes broke off approximately after the installation. It took a while for them to come in and fix the damage, I was afraid the walls and the roof we would get mold. We have been keeping up with the system changing filters yearly, and now we had damage with the resins we notice the water is having a yellow residue in the driveway. When I called to get the softener service the person (J), came in was about 1 and ½ late. He was noticeably frustrated because it was late, and he had an attitude. The first thing he said to me was that I can buy a new softener with them, they are now selling better Westinghouse water softeners. When I said I was not going to buy another one he said he can fix the problem for $700 and that the problem is that we have bad water due to the fire hydrant in front of my house, that the firefighters do a bad job on cleaning the fire hydrants. The technician was very insulting, and he said that we are nothing but problems. It was strange because I have never met the gentleman and my husband has been dealing with the previous problems. (J) the technician was very insulting and yelling at me in my driveway. We contacted the Hillsborough Water Department and the Hillsborough Fire department, and they both have never heard of the fire hydrant affecting the water softeners systems, and who I spoke with has been working there for 34 years.
