Purposely oppositional however they politely can. However much they can rip you off, and steal materials.
It's a bad sign for a company to have non English speakers employed, that impress upon hindrances, and don't tell you ahead of time what to expect. The CEO's of these companies don't deserve to operate as stress causers.
