Exceed Card - To many technical issues
Exceed card is recently having to many technical issues which is affecting me as a customer Its very embarrassing not to be able to pay using your card when you dont have cash with you. I called to talk to the mgt in charge they kept me on hold for more then 31 min And if you have to call back they charge you one time code fees They need to compensate us for their on going issues Its very embarrassing when a cashier tells you your card has need declined when you know you have money on your card {{Redacted}} Please respond on my concern and embarrassment

Never received my package

I was supposed to get my exceed card in the mail 4 weeks ago but it never came then I called the people and they said they will send a secondary but I never received that one either.. my paycheck is on that card and I need it. Is there anyway to get my money from my card?

Haven't received my card

It hasn't gave me an update since July 15th. I need my card it has my paycheck on it. It say pending and it doesn't change.

My card is always getting hacked. Why is this. Very frustrating. But customer service has always sent a card and has reimbursed me.

Third time card has been hacked. So it says here I have to write 100 letters in this box to have it be accepted ugh

Unable to access own money

The only way to update piggy bank was through the mobile app, thus if your phone broke, or you lose access to it, you might as well not have it. The FAQ is misleading, for I tried calling your customer service twice to transfer my piggy bank money into my account to buy a new phone as was described to in said questions, but once I got a hold of them, they told me they can't. I wouldn't normally be this upset if it weren't for the fact that I needed my money to get a new phone. So I am pretty much screwed anyway. Find another service.

Fix the FAQ to reflect what customer service can actually do.

Do not use this service if at all possible!!

My card was hacked so I called to get a new card. It took 5 attempts and over 4 months of trying to get the new card. They kept sending it to an address that was 3 years old, even after I gave them my current address every time I contacted them trying to get a new card. They apologized each time saying they would send it through Fed-ex only to find out that they addressed each card to the old address which was verified by FED Ex. So, I was unable to pay my bills because I could not even access my account from a walmart store or kiosk without the card! This "service" is a complete joke! Don't use them if you ever need access to your money or your card is ever lost or stolen. You will never get another card and you'll never see your money for months!
