Placed an order for two used items. Invoice email was sent.

No tracking # sent. After nearly a month of waiting I demanded a full refund from my credit card company. Seller did not respond to any of my email inquiries.

Unprofessional. Cannot believe this company is still in business.

Excalibur sent me an Email stating that the DVD I ordered was on back order and would be sent as soon as it came in. That was several weeks ago and I've heard nothing since.

I understand they may be having trouble with THIER vendor and if the DVD is no longer available I would like to know so I could make another choice or get my money back. I would certainly NOT make another purchase if this doesn't get resolved, nor could I recommend this company to anyone else!

After some time passed I received an Email from Excalibur stating that the DVD was on back order and would be sent as soon as it came in. That was several weeks ago and I've heard NOTHING from them since.

It is possible that they are having problems with their vendor. If that is the case and the DVD is no longer available I would like to know.

I could make another choice or get my money back. I can't see myself making another purchase if this doesn't get resolved.

My name is John L Davis and I placed an order on the 5th of August and I have not received that order as of yet . And would like to know just when i might receive it.

It was for carol connors Triple feature and Erotic Adventures of Candy and Brides initiation. I have read some bad reports about Excalibur Films and I will say this and if my order is not filled soon, I will spread the word and will no longer order any thing from you in the future.John L Davis.

They almost took my money

I ordered a certain film which they had advertised on their web site. I waited over a week and it didn't show up so I left them a message on their answering service saying that I wanted a refund. It was only then that they told me it was out of stock and to order something else. I e-mailed them that I wanted a refund and they still never got back with me. I finally went to my credit card issuer and told them the story and they said they would deal with it.

Their customer service is non existent.

I'm used to Amazon where you get what you want and everything goes off with out a hitch but not these folks.

Do not order from these folks.

Excalibur Films - Dvd Movie Review from Chicago, Illinois

My experience with this company was a while back. At the time they offered a trade in program for dvd titles.

All I had to do was pay for shipping both ways. Experienced a number of problems. They didn't appear to have in stock what they stated on their website was in stock. They sent me coupons for new orders or exchanges then tried to find some other way of recouping the amount of the coupon by overcharging me for shipping, using bogus arithmetic on the bill, or accepting the dvd I sent to them then never sending to me the dvd I requested or anything else.

When I contacted their customer service department they insisted I send to them all different kinds of documentation acting as though they didn't keep any records or have any information about my orders. After an amount of time had passed after I stopped doing business with this company they sent me an email trying to get me to do business with them again.

I refused.

This company represents dvd's that are not available as available. Long waits, miss information, lots of it's everyone else's fault excuses.

Unauthorized/incorrect charges were made to my credit card.

Terrible customer phone service. Took much time and effort to straighten out their screw ups.

Ripped Off

This company charged my credit card for shipping and merchandise that was not in stock. After 8 weeks on backorder, I cancelled the order and was promised a refund that was never issued.

Contacted the company again, and once again, they lied and said they would mail a refund. They strung me along until it was too late to dispute the charge with my credit card company. To top it off, after ordering from them, fraudulent charges showed up on my credit card account. These people flat-out lied and ripped me off.

Probably should have suspected they were thieves and liars given their business.

Don't make the mistake of ordering from them.

And I never did get to watch 3d *** This company will have to be on my “things to do if I hit the lottery”.

Find out who owns this company and give him a free wheelchair because he will never walk again I toldgee. Crooks

Same thing happened to me. My credit card company contacted me today about suspicious activity after ordering a movie that has yet to be shipped but my credit card was charged right away.
