The fan in my dehydrator works but not the heater. I have lots of herbs and plants that I want to dehydrate but I can't do anything until I get the heater fixed and I need you to respond. Thank you.

No response yet and I have tried to contact Excalibur at least three times, now it's #4. It's a great machine and I've had it since 2004 and only now I have a problem- the heater doesn'twork.I use it every year.

User's recommendation: Great machine. I would purchase the steel trays, not plastic; those weren't around on 2004.

Machine not working. No heat.

This is the first time I have needed their assistance. I have had the dehydrator for many years and now all of a sudden there's no heat but the fan is still working.

No answer to the number I called.

I bought my Excalibur dehydrator in 2004 and just this past week I no longer get heat. I have tried numerous numbers and emails to contact the Excalibur dehydrator company with no success.

Poor customer service & scammy operations playing games with customers to get a RMA # for a refundExcalibur Dehydrator

I spent 3 days trying to get a RMA # from this company they claim is needed for a refund.

First their website says to call them - there is no number to call.

then I emailed and sent a chat with the requested information about my order

The customer service person Vincent responded saying they needed more information - no problem I sent in more requested information.

Then I got an email saying oh so sorry our return policy just changed.

The rest of the email was in poor English so it was not undertandable.

then I let them know again about the issue with the order.

I get another email from Vincent asking for more information and pictures. I send pictures in standard jpeg format.

Then I get another email asking to reformat the pictures.

At the end of each email there is a sentence that says we are waiting on your response - dangling a carrot for the RMA #.

After multiple days of email exchanges and no RMA #, I mailed the package back to their distribution center and paid for postage.

I emailed "customer service" that I mailed the package and I requested a refund for the dehydrator and the shipping cost.

I see why other dehydrators brands have taken Excalibur's market share. Dealing with Legacy Companies/ Excalibur is horrible.

I had a bad feeling about them, my instincts are right. One and done!

I do not want to do business with this company ever again. I have found another company to purchase from.

The time runs at least 60-90 minutes past the set time. Unable to contact company but I see from other customer complaints that it is a frequent issue

I ordered the dehydrator and realized after watching some videos that it wasnt what I expected and wouldn't work for our needs...within 2 hours I canceled the order...or at least I thought I had...so here's why this company is a one-star...product may be great but the company is horrible...I tried to use the online BOT-customer service and it stopped working after I canceled...I thought that was interesting but things really got weird quickly after that...my account quit working...you need to login to correspond and it was disabled by the company near as I can tell...so no way to contact them.. then I found phone numbers online (they dont post them) and they were disconnected...4 times I tried to cancel and when I tired to login again is when I discovered the account closed...I tried to open. new account and I was blocked...later I did contact someone and they said they would cancel it...it shipped a few hours later and even the carrier didnt cancel the order when I contacted UPS...so I used the customerservice@***r .com link on the bottom of the excalibur webpage and in seconds you get the notification it is no longer functioning...imagine if I was trying to get service or the unit repaired...so, no online help, no phone numbers, no customer service link, login deleted, blocked from a new account...get the picture...I had to stop my bank account and get a new debit card and that has been a 2 day process updating all my automation billings for the house...this is a horrible company...I did get them to finally contact me and they promised to refund (moot point now as the card is deactivated) and take it back including paying shipping...I bought a different unit through Amazon Prime where I at least get support...

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Someone from customer service called me, and after reviewing my request and confirming the product was under warranty, they shipped me a new dehydrator. Thanks so much, without your help I would probably still be waiting..

I reported my dehydrator is only blowing cold air on 1/27. A week later they asked for proof of purchase and serial number.

Another week later they told me I am still covered for the 10 year warranty, and someone would call me to get my credit card number to pay for them to ship me a thermostat.

No call yet (I am willing to pay for the shipping, even though it is covered under warranty and they should pay for that), but here I am, 10 weeks later, without a working dehydrator. I used to recommend Excalibur to all my family and friends, but I never will again.
