Gaming chair

I'm appalled by the customer service I've received. I have tried for 4 days to reach Ewin by phone to no avail because I clearly have a defect or just bad workmanship on my gaming chair.
On the bottom right corner of the seat, the stitching has come apart for about 3 inches in length. It is still under the two-year warranty; however, they refuse to acknowledge that the damage is due to a defect or workmanship (because this never happens, right?) and just keep telling me that it's normal wear and tear, which it is clearly not! The picture I sent clearly shows the issue, and it should be clear as day that this would be covered under warranty. I have shared this photo of the damage with many people, and they all agree that this isn't normal wear and tear.
I even attached their company motto about their chairs to an email, and they didn't even acknowledge that whatsoever.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received, or for better language, lack of customer care. This company cares nothing for the buyer of their so-called revolutionary and long-lasting durable products.

I am writing this to warn potential buyers about the poor long-term durability and disappointing customer service at E-WIN Racing.
In February 2024, I purchased the Flash XL Series Upgraded gaming chair, which is marketed as a "heavy-duty" product with a 550 lb weight capacity. However, just two months after the 2-year warranty expired, the multi-tilt mechanismthe heavy metal component that connects the seat to the baseliterally cracked open.
When I contacted E-WIN Racing service with photo evidence of this structural failure, they refused to stand behind the product.
Because I was slightly outside the 2-year window, they insisted I pay nearly $100 for a replacement part ($75 for the part plus $20 shipping) that isn't even expected to be in stock for another two months.
For a chair in this price bracket marketed for its "upgraded" durability, a metal structural component should not fail under normal use after just two years.
I own a competitor's chair from DXRacer that is 8 years old and still in like-new condition, yet this "heavy-duty" E-WIN model is already unusable.
E-WIN Racing clearly prioritizes rigid policy over product quality and customer loyalty. If you expect your investment to last longer than the day the warranty expires, I strongly suggest looking at other brands that actually build their hardware to last.

The arm assemblies broke within a couple of months. I emailed Ewin's customer service and got no response until I posted somewhere on here at Pissed Consumer.
Only THEN did they reach out to me. They said they would have the parts in around late March 2026 and that I would have them around early April 2026. April is half gone. I emailed their "customer service" a week ago and have heard nothing back.
DO NOT BUY FROM EWIN RACING! They are absolute garbage.

I need both arm assemblies for my Flash XL gaming chair. The left rotates freely, and the right arm does not move at all. I also need the hex tool to affect repairs.

I was looking out for my chair, then I realized I missed a email saying they didnt have the color I ordered. I replied saying I would take the black one, I havent heard anything or received my chair, Not sure what to do from here because I cant find a number.

I bought a chair from this company when I got it home. Open the package and it had a rip in it.
I messaged them and told them I want a shipping label so I can return the damage product. They said they would send it tomorrow. Tomorrow came no shipping label message. Them back again.
They said it'll be there the next day, 5 days later.
Still no shipping label today. No shipping label and I believe they're trying to rip me off

I cancelled an order 30-minutes after placing the order. They shipped the product anyway and now want me to pay return shipping. I contacted them multiple times to try and get it stopped before shipping and delivering. Never responded to any of my correspondence.
