Terrible! I needed the item for a party abroad.

They waited until I chase them up five days after I ordered to tell me they were on holiday, the wouldn't let me cancel the order without charging me. They then promised the item in time for my holiday; it didn't arrive until I got back and they sent a brown wig without layers when I ordered jet black and layered, then treks to tell me that 1B is brown/black.

I have many pieces that are 1B and this is always jet black. Luckily my credit card company refunded me in full after I disputed the charge.

I ordered a wig from this company. When I received it it was not remotely like the picture.

I ordered human hair the wig which arrived was synthetic. It also was not the size I ordered. I contacted the company who were extremely unhelpful and offhand with their emails. I then set up a complaint through PayPal.

Having read reviews about PayPal claims I was not surprised to receive a result of the claim in ewigs favour.

I realise I will not get my money back now but desperately want this company to go out of business as they are complete frauds and are taking innocent peoples money under false pretences. If there is any way possible to spread the word about the ewigs scam please pass on to everyone you know.

Right from when I placed my order for my 82 yr old mother, I had reservations. For I start I could not access the account I set up.

I told them to cancel my order and refund, that was in November, The wigs turned up today. I am devastated, they are no where near the style or colour that I ordered. I also had to chase then every week to get them now. They are in China, not wherever they say they are from, and clearly they couldn't care less about customer service.

They aren't looking for repeat orders...just mugs like me to rip off once. Please, please, don't use them, they are not worth the heartbreak.

I will now have to try a source from a reputable supplier and hope that the right wig turns up in time before my Mother dies. :(

I have been waiting on my order for nearly a month now. I was reluctant when I ordered but used a credit card and also paid through Paypal.

Today I sent another email following up after the first one I sent after a week of not receiving my order and received a reply telling me the wig was being made and would be delivered the first of Oct well it is still not here so I am now thinking I got scammed for $187.00.

OMG what people won't do for money! I have called to dispute the charge with Paypal and will follow up with my Credit Card Company.

I ordered a wig from ewigs for my Mum as a surprise as she has total hair loss due to alopecia. It was late arriving, very thin and you could see her scalp through it when she tried it on and was also a different colour from the picture on the web site.

It showed as being a beige blonde and when we got it the colour was almost grey it was so ash. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now and they are saying every excuse in the book not to refund me.

They are total time wasters and a bad company to deal with. Never again will I order anything from them and would advise everyone to steer clear of them or end up with a product that you cant use.

Cheap chinese knock off scam.looked nothing like the picture.wefts showing through hardly any hair on it supposed to be human hair what a joke rubbish shiny plastic no refund ,get messed about with endless dodgy emails no phone no to contact.beware!!!!they seem to get away with it by intimidation tactics when you email them,their ads re lifted off reputable sites and posted as their own,pity I did the research after I placed the order.will try get to them through PayPal avoid this thieving company at all cost.oh,and delivery was supposed to be between 10 and 15 working days,I waited for 23 days terribly shoddy packaging as well

I ordered my wig on 19th May cancelled order on 20th May having looked at reviews. I paid £79 now they are telling me I have to pay a minimum cancellation fee of 40% for the preparation of the wig ?

they didn't have time to prepare anything, so angry at being taken by these people they are thieves.

Their contact number is false, their email addresses (about 5/6) are also false and they are out to take your money SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE TAKEN. My last hope is Paypal and they are looking into it for me fingers crossed, Marion

I bought a wig from this company which arrived torn, badly made and poor quality. I asked for instructions to return it and they replied requesting photos and said I would need to return it to China where they would deduct £7.00 postage plus 40% for any damage.

I insisted on a full refund but they told me their manager and Quality Department had looked at my photos and there was nothing wrong with the wig. Their customer service department offered a discount of £10 which I refused. I insisted on a full refund. I have heard nothing from them since.

Their website does not state that the goods come from China. Their guarantee is clearly worthless.
