Appalling service
One of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. I was left chasing customer service for months without getting a straightforward answer.
Responses often felt generic and didn't properly address the issue I was raising. It genuinely felt like my emails were being skimmed rather than read.
What bothered me most was the lack of urgency despite how long the issue had been ongoing. I expected much better customer care.

I am really not happy with evry jewls at the moment recently made an order they changed the shipping to gofo instead of using USPS I told them I was not comfortable for them doing this any foreign delivery company I always have issues with them either I don't get my package or it sent somewhere else I cant even track this package there response was they can't change how it shipped once the label is created this be my last purchase from me they lost me as a customer hopefully I'll get the package what I don't understand why offer free shipping if you can't afford it hiring foreign company to deliver it cheaper knowing they have issues with delivery the product to the correct address or failure to deliver to all!

Preferred solution: Don't offer free shipping if you can't afford it using a company to deliver the packages that you know full well that has issues with customer actually getting their packages I want either a refund or it shipped with usps

I was scammed
- - Order over $60; item not delivered; package lost.
- - Options offered: store credit or resend.
- - Eight emails and social messages yielded no reply.
I made an order over $60 and the jewellery never came so got in contact with evry jewels for this issue and what has happened. After around three emails later they finally told me my package had been lost and gave me two options-
1.) get store credit
2.) resend the items
I replied with option one, store credit, and got no reply.
After waiting a few days I sent another, again no reply. I have now sent around eight emails in total throughout the whole process and got no helpful replys and in the end no reply at all.
I have also tried contacting them through social media where I also got no reply. I would not recommend buying from this business and I will never shop there again.

Horrible non responsive company!
- - Ordered 4 earrings on Black Friday; no confirmation or delivery.

I order 4 pairs of earrings on Black Friday, never received a confirmation email, never received merchandise, but the company processed my payment. I have written 3 emails to support and not received a reply.
I have texted them in return to their constant advertising text, no reply.
I will now dispute the payment with my bank and look elsewhere for my granddaughters Christmas gift. WARNING : THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A PERSON AND DOESN'T DELIVER, JUST TAKES THE MONEY ND RUNS!

Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is awful.
Even when I submitted an excessive amount of proof that my package was lost, they refused to give me a refund of only eleven dollars.
The fact that they dont let you cancel an order at any point, even prior to shipping, and blatantly lie about their policy and care for their customers is horrible. Does not care at all about even frequent customers
