It tarnished in less than a week
DTheir popular for their jewelry not tarnishing but I got the earrings in the mail on Saturday and put them on on like Wednesday and looked at them today on Friday without taking them out and the left one is almost completely silver and it didnt even go in water cause I didnt wash my hair

I ordered a ring and it been 2 weeks now I haven’t received it
It was stated to be delivered in 1 to 3 business days and I haven't received it. I tried to complain, but nothing changed.

I have been waiting for my package since February 15. Ive been very patient and Im really requesting that I get my package soon.
Ive reached out now five times and I really just need my package. Ive gotten no legit response besides hi besties, and thats not enough for me because I spent 22 dollars of my own money just not have a package.

I needed help but I couldn't find any contacts and the EVRYJEWELS bot didn't help
I love your necklaces they are so pretty. But the customer service here is not good.
I needed help but the EVRYJEWELS bot did nothing. It told me to give them my email. But all I needed was help.
I really like a necklace and wanted to get it but I still have a question. I LOVE your necklaces but I think it needs better customer service.

Lost gift certificate
I am very disapointed with there customer service

ordered on 3/05/24.I have the letter issued to varify my purchace but I lost the gift certificate a gift to my grand daughter

I was scammed
I made an order over $60 and the jewellery never came so got in contact with evry jewels for this issue and what has happened. After around three emails later they finally told me my package had been lost and gave me two options-
1.) get store credit
2.) resend the items
I replied with option one, store credit, and got no reply.
After waiting a few days I sent another, again no reply. I have now sent around eight emails in total throughout the whole process and got no helpful replys and in the end no reply at all.
I have also tried contacting them through social media where I also got no reply. I would not recommend buying from this business and I will never shop there again.

Horrible non responsive company!
I order 4 pairs of earrings on Black Friday, never received a confirmation email, never received merchandise, but the company processed my payment. I have written 3 emails to support and not received a reply.
I have texted them in return to their constant advertising text, no reply.
I will now dispute the payment with my bank and look elsewhere for my granddaughters Christmas gift. WARNING : THIS COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A PERSON AND DOESN'T DELIVER, JUST TAKES THE MONEY ND RUNS!

Horrific Customer service
Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is awful.
Even when I submitted an excessive amount of proof that my package was lost, they refused to give me a refund of only eleven dollars.
The fact that they dont let you cancel an order at any point, even prior to shipping, and blatantly lie about their policy and care for their customers is horrible. Does not care at all about even frequent customers
