Parcel was left on outside wall of a lady that I don’t know she lives two roads away from me and I if it wasn’t for her kindness in bothering to find out who the owner was I would not have received it

My parcel was left yesterday on a ladies wall two roads away from me my email from Evri said parcel was delayed and I would have it by today Monday 10th, on the meantime the lady very kindly came round to my home asking if it was mine. This had obviously been duped by your driver which I find is disgusting policy and am making you aware of the situation to hopefully stop it from happening again, if supposedly couldnt find my Address, but today I have an Email saying my parcel has been delivered to my house at 1.20 which is not true.I am making you aware of this poor service as I see your reviews are rated very low, also it said quick delivery 2/3 days not true either as ordered over a week ago.
Also your company should have a telephone number that is connected so as it is possible to speak to another human and hopefully know that any problems would be sorted for the future to give a more afficient Service but like most companys these days hide behind your emails. so the customer never knows if the problems ever get sorted.
