Casey and Jim great job getting us a beautiful flex 32s by fleetwood. The service department needs some help.

To send customers home with incomplete work service work. These are new motorhomes the inspection needs to be done correctly. Not rushed or never LOOKED AT. It's dangerous to drive a motorhome on the freeway knowing there's incomplete inspection services DONE on the motorhomes.

We had loose bolts on the two front tries, bearings was loose, needed a alignment after buying it. Had it for 4 days

Unable to reach customer service

I was put on hold for 30 min by an Evolve Vacation customer service rep who told me they were trying to resolve my issue. While on hold the call was disconnected.

I tried to call the number back and was disconnected repeatedly. I have attempted to reach the customer service line numerous times over the he last last few weeks. It says it recognizes my account but as soon as I put my zip code in, the call disconnects.

I have a credit of over $1,000 that I need to use...is Evolve Vacation rentals still in business? This has been a time consuming and frustrating experience.

Bed bugs

Evolve Vacation Rental - Bed bugs

I had called the contact number regarding possible bed bugs and person was not concerned about that, he just told me that bugs in cabins are common and to change out the sheets. That is not a resolution for bed bugs.

I looked it up and they were bed bugs. I emailed the contact email a few time with no response.

This is unacceptable and I would like a refund. This was very inconvenient for us and stressful because bed bugs should not be taken lightly.
