Evoluent provides very rude customer support+ignores complaint of product malfunction
Contacted Evoluent about broken vertical mouse. Bradley Maris got back to me asking for serial number; problem was that my IT guy threw out broken mouse for recycling, so I wasn't able to provide the number. I own many Evoluent computer peripherals and have been a loyal customer of the brand form any years. However, when I asked if Bradley could offer a discount coupon to replace the broken vertical mouse--which was clearly a defect in the design manufacturing of the product--he suddenly fell off the face of the Earth and never responded to me again. As a repeat customer over the years for many Evoluent accessories, I find this behavior rude and disgraceful. After the $1000s I've already spent on the high-priced line of computer peripherals for my business, I would have expected some respectfulness and gratitude for my brand loyalty. I got nothing of the sort! My experience with Evoluent customer service and Bradley Maris has been disappointing and regretful. I would not suggest buying their expensive products, because your certainly not paying for good customer service should the item fail through not fault of your own. Bad company! Bad business model! Expect to buy a lemon now and then with no help or incentive from Evoluent customer service to help you replace the broken item.
