I had the service for almost 2 years. I rarely used it, and finally decided it was time to cancel. I read all the bad reviews about them not letting you cancel while I had the service, however I didn't think much of them until it came time to cancel the service myself....

I've registered with them, they charge you 1.5 dollars to verify the credit card but they dont refund it then they torment you with there low quality customer service, thank god i used a prepaid credit card because leaving is big No-No for them!!!! Try to make the support morron from india to cancel your account and you'll understand

Used there service for approx. 2 weeks worked great then my phone line went down Saturday morning Co tacted them sat on hold for several hours the was told there is nothing they can do til moday as the tech department is close weekends I have now called Monday morning with my service still down huge loss of revenue going on 3 day now and still on hold its been 2.5 hours so far with nothing.

Its true. They charge your card. And never help you cancel it. This is called theft. Can they be stopped? Cant believe companies till try this sneaky way to take money from your card nowadays. Just keep adding here the reviews if you also experienced the same....
