Please change color of gogles in my order

the color is labeled as french navy with chromapop everyday violet mirror. Please change the color of the googles in my order to the color shown at the start of my reason.

Very disappointed with my customer service experience. Spent thousands of dollars between me and my fiancée, over a span of a few days, for our next ski season.

Bought, what was advertised as, a new snowboard, but received a used one with deep scratches on the base and rust on the edges. I was initially offered a 15% partial refund and a tune to get the board in good working condition, but then they went back on their word and only offered the 15% partial refund.

This whole experience has left me pretty bitter and they lost me as a future customer - which is lame since they have a great selection of gear. Luckily, Backcountry, REI and The House exist - have never had any issues with them.

Where are my vans shoes i ordered??

Over charge on the card and Multiple transactions. The total charge to the card should only be $13.86. Would like a refund as there was a misunderstanding on the meal and I signed a refund receipt and Im still being charged more than the amount was in the beginning at the spot and still paying more in charge to my card even after the refund was taken place
