Very disappointed with my customer service experience. Spent thousands of dollars between me and my fiancée, over a span of a few days, for our next ski season.
Bought, what was advertised as, a new snowboard, but received a used one with deep scratches on the base and rust on the edges. I was initially offered a 15% partial refund and a tune to get the board in good working condition, but then they went back on their word and only offered the 15% partial refund.
This whole experience has left me pretty bitter and they lost me as a future customer - which is lame since they have a great selection of gear. Luckily, Backcountry, REI and The House exist - have never had any issues with them.
