Verified Reviewer |Scammers, Avoid at all costs
No resolution from these scammers. The chargeback was for $648.00, the other day I received a check for $60.00 with no explanation or accounting of where the remaining funds went, or of why the entire amount was not returned to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
Avoid this company at all costs. As far as I can tell, Evo has a criminal pattern and practice of giving its customers the run around as a way of avoiding its legal obligations.
I owned a small, successful, auto repair business in Denver Colorado. I was a customer of Evo Payments for over 12 years, and had 3 chargebacks during that time, all of which we won. I closed my business in September, 2022, and won the last chargeback dispute shortly thereafter. Evo placed the funds that were once in dispute into a reserve account and has refused to provide my money to me, despite repeated phone calls and correspondence with them.
On September 8th of 2023 I received a letter from them asking for information necessary to disburse the funds, and which, informed me that they were going to charge my reserve account $90 a month unless I provide them with that information! I promptly provided them that information in the form of a letter, and THE RUN AROUND CONTINUED! Ive since called them multiple times, and have been given all sorts of inaccurate and untrue explanations, including: we issued you a check , we attempted to wire the funds into your account, but the wire failed we will have someone in dispute resolution get right on this and call you that are no doubt on their pathetic customers service representatives run around script. I am reporting them to the FTC and the Consumer Protection Agency, and will file a lawsuit against them this week.
I have also reported their scam to the Colorado Attorney Generals anti-fraud division.
In the meantime they have held my money, earned through my hard work, for over 13 months. They are reprehensible!

I would like to report the incident happened here at GAISANO MALL DAVAO EVO BRANCH, the customer Service is not fair giving treatment to customer they are just choosing the customer that they are treating right i felt like they thought I don't have money to pay, I felt really insulted the way they answer my questions regarding with helmet models, they acted like I can't afford anything they are selling it really disgusting hope you make some actions for it it happened last nihgt May 30, 2023 Thanks I hope for actions!!!

Will not process payment
If your billing address is a Post Office Box or a Public Mail Box at a retain store, the payment will not process. EVOs program is looking for a residential billing address.
The EVO representative would not even hear the issue & hung up.

Evo Payments International - Pos Machine Review from Vancouver, British Columbia
Over chargerd $900 dollars a month by EVO Financial Company on my debit/credit card machine and transaction fees , after requesting new rates 4 times they never got back too me I then cancelled contract send POS machine back in April and EVO is still charging me about $300 a month and claim they didnt recieve cancellation notice ????? Moneris is my new company , I Really am paying them $1000 a month less for the same service as EVO Canada !
